Summary:
Dash was training and taking patrols in his home town when he saw a mysterious person running at superspeed, like him. So, he chased him and no matter how hard he pushes his limit, the other speedster is faster.
He pushed too hard and accidentally ran to a parrallel universe. And because of that he got to meet new people.
