Riley and Miles are bestfriends. Riley is a girl and Miles is a boy. They've been bestfriends since pre-kindergarten. They always have sleepovers at each other's house but they wanted to host a sleepover a Riley's house with both boys and girls attending the sleepover.

Riley: How will I ask my mom for a sleepover @ the house if she won't be home for the weekend?...!

Miles: I dunno bcause my bother is already hosting his party @ the house.... But my mom did approve of me sleeping over for the weekend @ ur place... So one down 2 more too go..

Riley: Wym 2 more to go. 😑

Miles: I already got my parents approval of sleeping over then next step is getting ur mom to let u have a sleepover @ the house. Then finally get the over parents to let them sleepover too.

Riley: Kool idea but how will we persuade my parents Sherlock.

Miles: I already have a plan. Just let me do all the talking when I eat dinner & ur house.

Riley: Btw it's Sunday so by Wednesday we need their approval cause we still gotta invite people and buy snacks and food.

The school day finally ends
My mom picks me and Miles up in here 2015 black and white Ranger Rover!!
The drive to the house was silent but my phone buzzing breaks the silence I check the text messages and its Miles.

Miles: I could us my money I saved for last years car wash

Me: dunno me and u is in the same car. Stupid

Miles: No freaking duhh Sherlock. What u want me to talk about the sleepover in the car so ur mom could question my statement and ruin the whole plan.

Riley: ok Sherlock finally using ur brain and watch who u talk to..

Miles: Well sorry mommy😏

We finally pull up to my driveway. The car ride today felt awfully long today which is unusual because I only live 10 blocks from the school. By driving with no traffic it takes me 20 minutes to get home.
Mom opens the door. Me and Miles rush up stairs so fast that I didn't even noticed I past Asia ( my older annoying sister) , Miles and I only have one page of homework left. Miles had an idea.
Miles: Although we already know the answers to the questions lets play stupid and as your parents for help to start buttering them up.
Me: Ok, we should also set the table for dinner or help my mom cook.
Miles: No , no and no that's a little to obvious that we want something you gotta to play it off. Stupid
Me: Whatever 😑
Miles: I should ...
Before Miles could finish he's sentence Asia barges into my room.
Me: What the hell you have no respect for my door being closed did you read the sign that clearly states in bold uppercase letters KNOCK!!!!
Asia: No actually I didn't read it.
Me: What bring you too my room what do you want to " borrow" know.
Asia: Nothin, but I need your help.
Me: With.,,
Asia: I need mom to leave me home only with you so I can invite Jace over for this weekend.
Before i could even start my sentence Miles interjects that this could help with our plan.
Asia: What plan ??
Miles: Explains and we came to the idea that Asia will be our "babysitter"
We all nodded our heads. Asia leaves the room and Miles and I rush downstairs and ask my my dad and mom for help. Although math is my favorite subject I needed "help". My mom sits at the table and begins to explain how to do the math problem but I already knew how to do it. She gave me math example and played dumb and got it wrong twice but got i right the third time although I knew the answer.
After that while math thing, Miles and I rushed upstairs and put our books in our bookbags. I called Asia to my room to ask her how will we approach this idea. Asia brought a piece of mail into the room from the mailbox and it was from the McCalls next door their having a two day get together at their house right down the street. It was ten minutes brfor dinner and Asia, Miles and I came down stairs and washed our hands and sat at the table. Asia handed mom the letter from the McCalls. She and dad opened it and they said they couldn't go because the had no babysitter Asia raised her hand volunteering to babysit. Both mom and dad started at each other and exchanged look and smiled at each other they agreed and let Asia babysit. I kicked Miles lightly in his shin and he cleared his throat and said Mr and Mrs. Sanvillie can I invite a few friends over too.
Mom: Did Riley put you up to this?
Miles: No ma'am actually I had this idea without Riley this time and we will invite and even amount of girls and boys. I will invite 3 and Riley will invite 3.
Both mom and dad exchanged looks again and they both said at the same time "well it's a even amount of kids, will Asia be able to handle 8 kids"
They looks at Asia. Asia nodded silent after stuffing her mouth with mashed potatoes.
Mom: Alright so that means I have to print out 6 invitations and get huge phone number to each parent.
After dinner Riley and Miles washed and dried the plates. Riley went and took a shower and followed after she was done was Miles.

Miles P. O. V.
After I take my shower I open the door to Riley's room and I see that she's already sleeping so I fell asleep too, I turned around and faded Riley and I stared at her for like 10 minutes until she stared to move. I played asleep cause I seen her eyes began to open. She lays on he'd back and begins to stare at her roof and she begins to say to her self. " I'm really excited for this sleepover I might finally tell Myles how I feel" 15 minutes later Riley falls asleep and I'm still up in shock wondering what goes she have to tell me, I'm so curious.
Does Riley like Miles??
