"Lucinda!" I looked up and saw a young blonde girl in front of me. Her features were blurry. I looked at the her but I couldn't make out a face. She was waving her hands in front of me trying to get my attention.
"Earth to Lucinda Price" The girl said. I still couldn't make out her face. It was like there was water in my eyes.
"Luce, What I think Shelby is trying to say is that Daniel can't always just watch you die and keep living the way he does." A brown haired boy said. I couldn't make out his features either. I don't understand what they mean. Daniel's my husband and I haven't died.
"I know, Miles. Don't you think I know that? But I'm waiting for my death too." The words came out of my mouth without my knowing. Like someone else was in my head. There was a pain in my stomach all of a sudden. I screamed.
"They're coming" Shelby whispered. Water fell from the sky like a waterfall and the young boy and girl disappeared.
"Luce!" I was woken up by my Daniel. My darling husband Daniel. "Luce, your water broke. The babies are coming." And that's when the pain started.

After three hours of pain and screaming I have my beautiful twins. The nurse hands one to me and one to Daniel.
"So Mr and Mrs Smith, What are their names?" I look over at Daniel who has our baby boy. He looks down at him and smiles.
"Jonathan Alexander." I smile at him and give him a thumbs up for picking a nice name instead of the name he was going to use. Like Dante. I hate that name. "Luce, Honey, What are you going to call our daughter?" I looked down at the tiny baby girl in my arms and a warm buzz went through my chest. I looked at her eyes, Little emeralds. Emerald... Emma... Emmaline.
"Emmaline Sophia" I say and look down at her and see her smiling up at me. It's perfect. It suits her.
"Alright Jonathan and Emmaline. Time to go" The nurse said and I looked at my babies and gave a little wave goodbye.
"I'll see you soon" I whispered.
"Luce can I talk to you about something?" Daniel asked. His long blonde hair covering his eyes. "Before your water broke you were mumbling about dying. Were you in pain?" I thought about it and remembered my dream.
"I had a strange dream. It almost felt like an old memory. I was talking to two people. In my head I knew them but I couldn't see their faces. It was too blurry." I looked at him and he nodded.
"I have dreams like that all the time. The only face I can really see is yours. I'm always talking to the same group of people. But dream me knows them." He looked at the ground thinking. "Cam, Arianne, Gabbe, Roland. There's more. I know there is." I was about to say something but the nurse came back in with discharge papers and birth certificates.
"All ready to go." She smiled. "Good luck." She winked and left. I can tell I'm going to love my babies.
