You Don't See Me
******
(Draco's POV)
You must be really tired of me.
Not one snide remark have I made this year has caused you to react.
No rage.
No irritation.
Nothing.
It's like I don't exist to you anymore.
Or have I ever?
You may have never realized this before, but since the day I had met you, I've been desperately trying to get your attention.
It had never been in a positive way of course. What, with my tantalizing taunts that came out of my mouth every time I saw you, it was probably enough to drive anyone over the edge.
But at least, you had noticed me.
You knew my presence was around you, even if it had annoyed you.
But now...it's different.
You are completely ignoring me.
And it's driving me insane.
Why?
Why should I, Draco Malfoy, care if Harry Potter is not bothering to care about me?
But I do care.
Because I want your attention.
I want you to see me.
Even if it means exchanging old rivalary glares, or even quick fights.
No.
I don't want you to glare or fight with me anymore.
I'm tired of hiding my feelings for you.
I'm tired of you telling me you hate me.
Because it hurts.
It hurts so much.
I don't want you to hate me.
I just want you to stop ignoring me.
Can't you see that I need you?
Can't you see that want you?
Or that...
I love you...?

I was greeted with a cold, harsh wind as I swung open the entrance doors of the castle, and stepped outside. A blanket of white stretched across the snowy Hogwarts grounds, as fresh new snowflakes fell down gracefully, one of them resting on my cheek.
There were several students outside; some were drinking hot cocoa with their friends, chattering contently. Couples were cuddling up against each other for warmth in some cozy area. Some were even building a snow man, grinning mischeviously as they used a few charms to add shoulder length black hair on top of the snowman's head, resembling very much one Professor Snape.
Then there was you.
Your disheveled black hair standing out in all directions, spectacles covering those brilliant emerald green eyes, your manly form emphasizing your broad shoulders, toned muscles, and handsome features.
Your skin was several shades darker than mine, almost tan. While I was pale, nearly white. Your body was strong and masculine, while mine was small, slender, and even feminine if you excluded certain areas.
