Chapter 19

Austin pov:
There was just this long pause
I didn't know what to say.
I mean I've never thought about saying 'I love you' or evening knowing if I love hazel.
"I'm sorry ...I didn't mean to say that it just slipped out" She mutters as she smiles looking down to the floor while blushing.
Oh Hazel ,your so cute even when you feel so awkward you want to throw up.
Her smile.
It was perfect.
When she smiles it makes my heart flutter I don't know if it's love but it's sure was something.... and that something is what I need to get off my chest.
I needed to tell hazel how I really feel about her.

You can do this!... take in a deep breathe...Here goes nothing...

"When I think about you my pulse races , my knees go weak and my stomach is filled with butterflies when ever we touch.
I feel firework especially when we kiss ...I don't know weather it's love or not, but I really like you and I really want to be with you as long as I live.
I mean if I think about it now, I guess it is love ... because if I had to choose between loving you or breathing I'll take my last breathe to say i-I love you' everybody falls in love by chance but we can stay in love by choice and my choice is to love you with all my heart"I respond honestly just letting all my feelings spill out.
For a guy I feel like it's harder to express how we feel because when we do say something we never say the right thing.
I look hazel dead in the eye as I hold her hands she sighs in relief then takes a deep breathe.

"When I look at you I can't keep my eyes off you, I see a future with you and me in those eyes of yours.
When I first met you I had no idea you would be so important to me and with that my heart is and always will be yours but just remember I love you more today than yesterday but not as much as tomorrow I love you Austin Carter Mahone ...I mean I really love you!"
She gleams up at me as she too looks deep into my eyes.

We both lean in to connect our lips and can I just say it was the most magical moment I ever experience.

The day me and hazel became a couple that finally admitted there love for each other
I say to my self as we separate from the kiss
I'll never forget.
My first love.

"Oh my god ...that was so cute" a voice shrieked.

"Shhh they might be able to hear us" I hear which I know is definitely Zach's voice
I grab a hold of hazels hand immediately feeling sparks but I ignore them for now wanting to know what all the commotion was about
So, I place my index finger on my lip telling her to be quiet as she gently giggles to herself while we tip toe towards the voices.

"Stop putting your feet in my face" Another voice speaks up.
The voice sounded a lot like Sarah.
Hazel let out a light giggle as I held back my laugh.
We continued to tip toe down the garden, as we get closer to the voices we spotted a small tent with a tv and feet hanging out of the tent.
We just gently jog towards the tent trying not to make a sound.
"Ah...mmmm" I cough getting there attention they heads immediately whipped towards mine and hazels direction.
Hazel just covers her mouth trying not to laugh
I just chuckle lightly causing Hazel to burst out laughing.
I don't know why I found myself laughing so hard, but all of the sudden, I couldn't stop.
My breath came in quick gasps between my unstopable giggles.
Tears gathered in the corners of my eyes, threatening to spill over.
I think it was the Hazel effect.
They just looked up at us innocently like they were a bunch of children that dropped there moms favourite vase.
We eventually calm down as me and hazel decide to go in the tent.

"So why did you guys decide to set this whole thing up?"
I asked in pure curiosity.
Don't get me wrong it was a nice gesture.
But never, in my other relationships have any of them did this for me...minus Daisha as she joined the group later on.

"Actually we had no idea about the plan it was all Daisha's idea , all we did was help with decorating the dinning table you'd be eating off as Alex did the cooking"
Sarah adds, I was slight taken back I looked at her in disbelief as hazel looked at her in shock and surprise.

"I only did it so I could move on and Austin can finally be happy with someone he genuinely loves"
"I also overheard your conversation earlier and I didn't want to be in the way of love so it gave me an idea to set this whole date up.
If your happy then I'm happy...I just wanted the best for my best friend and ex and if that means setting you both up on a date then so be it"
Daisha continued honestly.
All I could see next was hazel attacking her with a hug.
I've never seen the girl nice so fast.
But I couldn't blame her.
Daisha was a pure heart, I never deserved her.

"Thank you you" I choked out as hazel and Daisha finally sit up.
"I really mean it when I say thank you, thank you so much Daisha ...you don't know how much this whole date meant to me"
Hazel mumbles with a huge smile on her face as a tear was on the verge of falling.

"Oh I know how much it meant to you...we all know since we watched the whole thing with a small camera set up at the dinning table on a fairy light and a small mic that is attached to the window of the double sliding doors so we could hear and see your whole conversation"
Daisha adds with a mischievous smile.
Hazel just playfully slaps Daisha on the arm.
It was weird to think we're all friends and we've all dated the people in our friendship circle.
Like I dated Sarah when I first met them.
Yet we're still friends. Or somewhat friends as I did something terrible to her... that shouldn't be repeated.
But, we would never mention it to anyone else as it was a period we would thankfully want to forget.
It was weird thought as my best friend Alex is now dating her.
And a couple hours ago I was in a relationship with her best friend Daisha but now I'm dating her other best friend Hazel.
If that makes sense?
But it 'was' and 'is' really weird.
I didn't know weather it was the way the world was set up or if it was us but everything seemed surreal.
I couldn't believe how causal we all were about everything.

After staying in the tent for an hour and a bit .
We decided to head back in and get some sleep as we had school tomorrow.
When we all got upstairs we all decided to sleep in one room, I looked down at hazel who was now fast asleep snoring lightly.
She is the most precious person in my life and I mean it when I say I love her.
She's everything that I need.
I place a kiss on her forehead and whisper
"Your all I ever need ,baby your amazing your my angel come and save me"
With that I closed my eyes and eventually drifted off to sleep
