(Throughout the years of knowing Doffy you kind of became his maid. I should've done this in the prologue but I'm gonna tell you guys how you met Doffy.)

When you first met Doffy it was actually when he was in his mid-twenties. During the time you were a full time medical doctor, you had gotten appointed to him. The main reason he ended up at the hospital you worked at was because he was in an unknown battle and had gotten hurt pretty bad. You still to this day have no clue what the battle was about. Even now he won't even tell you what happened on that day.

How did you and him become close you ask? Well let's say you to hung out more than just a usual doctor and patient. The man had piqued your interest, you've never met someone so cold and mysterious. The most mysterious thing about him was probably what was behind those glasses he wears. You wanted to get to know him more, learn more about him.

The one thing you didn't see coming was creating a friendship with this man. Your only goal was to see what was behind those glasses of his but soon enough you two eventually became friends. He was in the hospital for a good month but after he was released he asked you himself if you two could hang out more. I know surprising right? To ever think he would even ask to hang out with someone of the likes of you was a big shock.

After awhile he finally convinced you to travel with him. The plan was to travel with him and help people around the world. Not to become part of his pirate crew and kill people all the time. When you figured out what he did you were too frightened to get away. You kind of were stuck in his crew. His crew started off with Trebol, Diamante, Pica and Vergo. At least those were the people you knew of. Doflamingo mentioned there was one more but never got into detail about it.

Then it grew and everyone else started to join. So yeah, that is how you ended up in his "family" or crew.

No let's get back into the story, shall we?

"I found a devil fruit the marines are selling secretly that could save Law's life." Doflamingo answered. Suddenly he heard a large crash happen behind him. He turned around to find you quickly picking up the broken vase. "I-I apologize! U-Um that's great news Doffy!" You felt yourself start to quiver. You couldn't control your actions, your hands were shaking nonstop. "Y/n are you alright?" Doffy bent down to you and stared at you.

You nod your head looking away from him. Doffy then grabs your arm attempting to force you to look at him. "Y/n.. Look at me.." He demanded in a cold tone. You hesitantly shake you head still looking away from him. "Suit yourself.." He said in an annoyed tone. You felt his large, rough hand turn your face toward him. He stared at you in shock, you were crying. Tears slowly falling down your frail skin.

"What's wrong? Do you not think he will survive?" He asked while wiping your tears away with his thumb.

When Giolla first joined she told you that Doffy favored you more than the others. You never believed her and just brushed it off. It was until he started to ask you if you were okay or got a bit touchy. Like right now, he only got like this when it was just you and him.

"N-No I-I'm happy he will survive! It's just.. I hope we can help Law soon.. He doesn't have much time left.." You grab his hand on your cheek. "If only.. If only I could've came up with a cure for his disease.." You clench your jaw in regret. Your grip on Doffy's hand also tightened. He frowned upon your expression and started to take his coat off. As you watch him he suddenly wrapped you around it and carried you bridal style. "D-Doffy what are you doing??" You ask, awkwardly looking up at him.

"You need some rest.. I'll take you to your room." He started to walk out of his office. You were speechless, he has never done such an action before.

Once he made it to your room he placed you on your bed and stared down at you for a bit. "Thank you Doffy.." you say while cuddling up against his jacket. It was so soft and warm, his body heat was still present as well. "Y/n.." He called your name automatically causing you to look up at him.

Before you knew it his face was inches away from your form. The space between the two of you closed, his lips were now upon yours.
