Jamiya, a determined lady in the full bloom of youth, stood alone on the beach, gazing over the sapphire water with her energetic cinnamon depths. Her obsidian hair danced lightly in the ocean breeze. She tried to keep still despite her impatient excitement, resting her cheek against one hand as she hummed "My Heart Will Go On" to herself. She wore a sable bikini top, her coffee back covered only by a thin bit of string, and a tight starless miniskirt showed the shape of her hips and the swarthy tone of her legs. Her hair was woven into a ebon braid, complementing her unique brunet visage. A prominent scar stood out on her cocoa skin. Furry ears flicked at the top of her head, and she twitched her inky tail.

Her thoughts wandered to her days in Zeke's company. It started on that day, when she had found herself facing mortal danger, desperately in need of a savior. He came in the form of Zeke, who cut down what danger he could and swept her away from the rest. From then on, they were inseparable. They shared every part of their life with each other. That was how it was to this very day. Her ears pricked at the sound of familiar footsteps. She twitched her tail happily and looked up before Zeke even spoke a word. "Jamiya," he said simply with eyes averted, a blooming blush, and a beaming grin. His cherry crystals complimented his cobalt mane, tied back from his face, belying his stubborn heart. He was dressed in refined garb befitting his station. He had a toned but slender body covered with pale skin. A royal blue moustache brushed against his lip. As Jamiya drew nearer, she caught a note of his familiar scent of lingering iron and steel. She smiled to herself. It always reminded her of the time they shared.

"Zeke. It's nice of you to show up on time," Jamiya said, energetic orbs flashing.

"Last week was an accident!" he protested.

"I'm just messing with you." She kissed his flushed face. With that, they began to walk along the beach. "So. What's been up with you lately?" Jamiya asked. She folded her hands behind her back absently as she looked expectantly at Zeke.

"Nothing," he answered. He paused and, for a moment, stared back at her uncomfortably before looking up at the cobalt sky. "Why are you looking at me like that?"

"Looking at you like what?"

"Like... like that!" He gesticulated furiously, brick-colored eyes bright with a mixture of excitement and befuddlement. "Was I supposed to do something?"

Jamiya laughed. "No! Nothing special, I just wanted to know how you've been doing." She wrapped her arms around his neck and pulled him toward her to catch a kiss. She murmured, "Oh, Zeze... I love you."

Having calmed a bit, he grapsed one of her hands in his calloused ones and muttered, "I love you too."
