This is my second story, my first one. I did mention this one but that one was a F! Reader. Also this is the same au as setting sun. And again you have been cursed but this one was your own doing by turning into a demon but you have betrayed the demons (your basically lady tamayo but male and you know she exist). Just some heads up if you want to know the au here's a brief summary but there's going to be a more in depth summary in my next story sorry this au is still not going in depth with but some day I will. Also this is later than wanted I've had to go to a wedding. But that's all really have to say. Oh and thank you for reading this I will try and do this one every other week.

•Prolog•(Y/n)'s POV•
When I was 14 I contracted a rare disease that there had only been two reported cases before I had got it and they were both older one was 20 the other 26 so despite the fact it was only seen adults before me there was one cure and the last person hadn't been fully cured. There was also basically no survival chance so I was living my life to the fullest. My sister couldn't afford the cure so I didn't want to put my family into poverty.

One night a man came and visited me he said "I pity you. You won't live much longer unless you become a demon. Would you want to?" I agreed and I went with him after he had turned me into a demon.

Years later me and another demon betrayed him. Lady Tamayo and I went separate ways. She was a good doctor so that's what she went off to do. I on the other hand went into protecting others. I bought myself a small dagger off a man who said it was cursed. The years that followed us did not serve us well.

•Time skip•when Tonjiro meets Tamayo•(Y/N)'s POV•
I recently heard from Lady Tamayo and she meet a boy who was helping her develop a cure. I went out to find this boy. A little into my search I saw a demon slayer defeat a demon then look in my direction he was what lady Tamayo had described so I went up to say hello. A different demon had gone up to him and enter his backpack.

When I reached him I said "Hello are you Kamado Tonjiro?" He looked surprised and responded "Yes I am... who are you?" "I am (L/N) (Y/N). I heard about you from Lady Tamayo." He looked at me and said "How do you know her?" I smile and say "I ran away with her a while ago we're good friends." We had a nice chat and I told him if he or his sister were ever in trouble to call out for me and I would help him. Then he was called to another mission. So we said our goodbyes and I went to go find someone else to save.
