It's been a week since your father(king) had past...you still can't recover on what happened he died.....because of protecting you.....he saved you.....but.....you feel guilty cause your the reason why he's gone...
But you also noticed something your stepmom,you know when you first saw her she isn't what you think she is,every time your father is gone to a journey or something she would treat you like a shit
She made you clean the castle she treat
like your a maid she would hit you if you did something wrong (yea it's pretty brutal)
But you never said anything about it, not that your scared of her, you saw that after your mom(biological mom) had passed he never had been happy like this,you don't want to ruin it so you kept quiet even though it hurts... If he saw you with a bruise you would just lie and said you fell while your asleep...

One day while I was heading to my room after sparring with some guards, you accidentally eavesdrop your stepmom talking to her mirror again you heard her planning to kill you you froze for a minute, you've always know that she's abusive but she.. wants to kill me???
What?? What did I do?? Why???Why would she wants to kill me???you thought to yourself
You quickly ran into your room grab your backpack putting some clothes,food,and water,you quickly changed your outfit and wear your f/c cloak you use your Ivictus(Teleporting spell) to teleport outside the castle
You decided to run away from the castle as far as you could cause you know that soon your evil-ahem stepmom will find out that you run away.After years-I mean an hour of running you decided to rest a bit,you leaned against a tree while drinking your water
"*Panting* wow that took alot of my energy *sighs* I could use some rest for a little" I said I woke up after 3 hours that sure fill my energy up I decided to run again until I saw something glowing?
"Huh what's that?"I said while slowly walking to the thing,after a little bit of walking I saw a bunch of fireflies?
"Pretty"I thought to myself

Fireflies......
An.....
