Stark Tower
"Miss Wolf?" the female voice asked, waking up the young woman that slept peacefully on the couch. She hummed in response, untangling her fingers from soft blonde locks. Her eyes widened as she realized they must have fallen asleep earlier and had missed dinner.
"Miss Wolf. Master Stark has an anxiety attack again." The information seeped into her brain fast but as she wanted to get up to help her friend, the tall blond on her chest decided otherwise. His arms tightened around her middle and his cheek rubbed against her ribs.
"Steve," Luisa whispered while shaking him slightly. A loud groan rumbled through his chest.
"Steve, go to bed. I must take care of Tony." Again, there was no reaction. Now getting annoyed slowly, she pushed him into the back of the furniture. The brunette slipped out from under him and hurried up towards Stark's floor.
As the metal doors of the elevator opened, soft whimpers could be heard. With soft steps, the ex-assistant hurried along the long hall towards the low sniffling. Carefully and slowly the door to the bedroom was pushed open and a soft voice asked "Tony?" For a moment it was silent. The only device, that Tony was indeed in the room, was the light blue shine of the arc-reactor in his chest.
"Tony..." the brunette trailed off as she approached him slowly. Thanks to her good night vision or she would have fallen over one of the armor parts that were scattered over the floor. Sitting down on the bed, she opened her arms for him to hug her. She knew by now how to handle his troubled nights.
"What was it this time?" she asked as the small man had crawled into her lap and was now clinching to her frame like his life depended on it.
"I- I dreamed I lost her again, Luisa. I can't lose her once more," he sniffed, shaking heavily.
"It's alright, Tones. She is safe but maybe you should tell her." Those words rang through his head and got stuck.
Some time passed and the billionaire calmed down enough to talk properly.
"You really think I should?" Hesitation could clearly be heard in his voice. The female pulled away and her face was then illuminated by the light of the arc-reactor.
"Yes. She'll never know what you really feel if you don't tell her. And I promise you, you will regret it in the end if you don't. The thought of her getting harmed scares you like nothing else and if I know anything then that you love her." Her face was serious as she spoke.
"What if she doesn't feel the same? I couldn't cope with it," the small brunette confessed, his head hanging low.
"Then so it be but imagine the following situation. You love her and she feels the same but you are always too scared to tell her and then something really happens or she marries someone else. You would never forgive yourself and would only be even more hurt." The man nodded understanding.
"Besides, I know for a fact that she likes you," she smiled wickedly.
"How would you know?" Tony asked, his eyes as big as the ones of an owl.
"A woman has her secrets. Don't ever try to find them all out. You would be busied for eternity."

Stark Tower
It took way too long to get Tony into his bed and Luisa was glad as she arrived back on her floor. Steve was still laying on the sofa. His blond hair was a mess and light snores were falling from his lips. One of his legs was standing on the red fabric and at the same time leaning against the backrest. The tall woman sat down on the edge of the couch and was just about to place a blanket over his athletic body as the arm, that was till now hanging off the furniture, wrapped around her middle, pulling her down on him. For a moment she was shocked but regained her composure soon.
"Steve, wake up," she muttered but only got pulled closer.
"Steve, hey. Get up and go to bed," she ordered but he was sleeping too tight to notice. Resigning she sighed, gave in to the warm embrace and laid down on top of the 109 years old, falling asleep after only a second.
