Darlyng Darling found herself staring at the colorful chaos around her. The garden, filled with fairies of all shapes and sizes, buzzed with an energy that both intrigued and unsettled her.

Some were painting strange symbols on their arms, while others seemed to be practicing spells with unexpected results—a floating object here, a sudden burst of glitter there.

She glanced down at the shimmering time orb, cradled carefully in her hands. It pulsed with a soft light, reminding her of its immense power. "Just don't mess it up," her instructor had said, but that felt increasingly difficult with the whirlwind of activity surrounding her.

"Hey! You're the new messenger fairy, right?" A tall boy with wild hair and a mischievous grin bounded over.

"I'm Finn. Welcome to the NewsLetterInc! What's your first mission? Deliver a message to a talking tree? Or maybe help us find the lost socks of the universe?"

Darlyng hesitated, her heart racing at the prospect of using the orb. "Um, I'm actually just supposed to—"

"Come on! You have to try it!" Finn insisted, his eyes gleaming with excitement. "We could totally use your magic around here. Plus, if you mess up, it'll be an adventure!"

"Adventure?" Darlyng echoed, glancing at the orb. "I guess... I could give it a shot."

"Great! First, we need to gather everyone. It's time for the Daily's!" Finn shouted, running off to rally the rest of the campers.

As the kids gathered, Darlyng felt a mix of apprehension and curiosity. This was not the summer job she had envisioned, but perhaps it was exactly what she needed.
