Prompt- Loss of a loved one Do you know I tell the moon stories of you and I? She knows about the time when we first met; hearts beating faster than usual and shaky hands. She knows about our first fight; the raised voices, small misunderstandings and apologetic cuddles. She knows about the time you said you loved me; slightly jealous that I loved someone more than her. I heard her whisper to the stars that she wished she had something like us. She has seen me cry and laugh, love and be loved, shattered and picking up the pieces myself. But how do I tell her this? How do I tell her you are gone? How do I tell her I'll never love someone as much again? How do I tell her no matter what I do you won't come back? For I know the sky is going to cry constellations and meteors; clouds covering her. I don't want to lose her like I lost you. So tell me, darling, what do I do?
