You arrive at the pizza plex ready for your first day shift, you think to yourself "why did they have to be sick! I've never done a day shift before!" You sigh as the neon sign beams down on your skin. You look at the metal entrance doors and grasp the handle to open the door, you walk into the pizza plex and look around. "where is the daycare again?" you say talking to yourself. You've only been there a couple of times since you only have to come when the other daycare employee is sick. You start making your way to the daycare but before you can reach the door you get startled by map bot "HI, TAKE A MAP!" You jump and take the map frightened. You open the door to the daycare and set your stuff on the counter, you look around and see sun sitting on his balcony. He spots you and jumps down coming over to talk to you, "Well hello there!" you smile and respond back "Hello sun, nice to see you." he smiles and bounces around.
"So why are you here instead of the other lady?"
"She called in sick so I have to cover her shift." you say before you yawn.
"Oh.. well you know, you look quite tired." He says tilting his head with a bit of concern
"Well it is 6 in the morning, you know and I never do day shifts. At least not for the daycare I don't."
"Well you are quite pretty, you remind me of sunshine! You should come more often."
You turn red "ah why thank you." You try to start another conversation but kids start pouring into the daycare, you watch as sun smiles and waves goodbye to you as he makes his way to the kids. You spectate sun as he plays with the kids, you lean against the desk crossing your arms and smiling at him.
*A Few Hours Pass And All The Kids Leave The Daycare And Go Home*
You are working at the desk doing random stuff on the computer when out of the corner of your eye you see sun sitting on your desk admiring you.
"Do you need something sun?"
"Nope, just admiring the pretty sunshine in front of me." He smiles brightly, you smile as well your face getting a bit flush.
You clear your throat and stand up to start gathering your stuff to go home.
"W-Wait sunshine where are you going!?" he jumps up with a saddened look
"I'm going home." you say looking up at him, he frantically looks around and picks you up
"Sunshine you can't go home!" he looks devastated, You get flustered
"S-Sun put me down!" you say franticly, all of the sudden the lights go out
"oh no" you and sun both say.
