Dopants... Even after the major defeat of museum a long time ago, the problem with dopants are still ongoing. The Kamen riders if Fuuto City are still needed, they are the protectors of this city after all

But...due to some emergencies, Kamen Rider W and Accel went to America to deal with a major Dopant criminal case

Did they leave the city unprotected? Of course not. Since a new Kamen Rider has been born

"You! You're not the usual Kamen riders..who are you?" The man wearing a black suit screams..he is running from something.. no someone

"You have the right to remain silent" the person that the man in the black suit is running away...wearing a gray armor with a helment with red bug like eyes, the top of its head have a distinct shape of a ferocious wizard "Masquerade dopants huh?..brave of you to sell Gaia memories in this city.." he then pointed at the black suit man "it's time for you to count up your sins..."

"Good job! Your getting the hang of this job!" A woman carrying a baby said

"It's was simple enough, the culprit isn't even trying to hide himself well" said a young man wearing a Gray jacket over a black shirt, 18-19 years of age

Welcome to Narumi Detective Office, the woman carrying a baby is Terui Akiko, the head of the detective agency.. "shotaro will be so proud of you!"

Meanwhile the young man's name is Yuu Yamazaki, a assistant detective..but since the actual detective is gone to do some work in America "I still have much to learn hahaha"

The small talk was interrupted by someone opening the door

"Looks like we have a client! Go Yuu go!"

Yuu smiles and sigh "I know ..I know"

Since Akiko is busy with taking care of her child, yuu went to meet the person

"Hello, how can I-"

"Is this Narumi Detective Agency?" The client is..a blonde woman gray wearing jeans a white shirt with matching black jacket

"Yes? Are you perhaps here to make request?"

"Yes..certainly" she seems to be anxious about it

"Why don't you sit down for a while..I just brewed some coffee a few minutes ago..let me get you a cup" Yuu said smiling..he hopes that this cup of coffee will calm her down

While drinking, Yuu find out her name.. Tanaka Yuriko, she's from Tokyo and works as a hairdresses

After a while the woman spoke "I was told that..if I have problems regarding... Uhh..things.. I should go here for assistance"

"Things?" Yuu ask

". . . I . . "

Yuu had a hunch.. there's almost only a few things this place is known for.. peculiar investigation that ending up being Gaia memory cases..and the occassional missing pets

"Base on your reaction this isn't a missing cat or a dog isn't it?"

"Well..yes, it's about my brother, he dies a few days ago"

"I'm sorry to hear"

"Thanks... I'll get to the point" the woman breaths in and out deeply "My brother was killed by a monster..before it happened..he was panicking and told me that we are moving here in fuuto..and he said that, if something happens, go to this place and ask for help" she held onto her arm shaking "all I saw are a pair of golden eye..

Yuu look at her  "do you know your brother's occupation?

"He told me that he's a salesman here at fuuto"

"I see..did he left something? It might help us"

"Y-yes"

She went through her luggage and give me a small bag..inside it is..

"I see..." It was a Gaia memory.. "a masquerade memory"

"Memory?"

"I'll explain later..also" a picture..with 6 people in it "is one of them your brother?"

"Yes" she pointed at the man in the far right "that's my brother"

"What's about the other people?"

"He told me once that they are coworkers"

"Hmmm..I guess we have a first lead then"

Yuu stands up "you can stay here for a while, since you don't really have any place to stay..oh and I'll go to the police station..you might as well go with me, since it night be dangerous here too"

"O-okay"

And so the two went to the police station.  Where they ask if they have police records of the other men in the picture

And they find out that one is still living in fuuto

"He's still living in the residential areas huh?" Yuu said "miss Yuriko, let's go"

The pair eventually went to the residential areas..to the address of the man that they have a lead on..but when they arrive

The door was open.. Yuu springs into action and rushes inside to see the guy dead on the flood "what the.. "

"Ahhh!!!!" Yuriko screamed.it was careless of yuu, it seems that the dopant is still around he rushes back out of the house to see a cat like monster trying to choke out yuriko with it's left hand..as his right hand is just a big paw with claws

And when he's about to stab yuriko with his claws, Yuu charges in and drop kicks the monster making it fall and drop yuriko

"Are you alright!?" Yuu checks on the girl

"I-im fine.." she looks scared, and she can't take her eyes off the monster... "T-thats my brother's killer!"

"You bastard! Who the hell are you!?" The cat monster exclaimed "no matter! I'll just kill you too!"

"Mr detective! J-just leave me! I'm the only one he wants dead"

"No can't do..besides" Yuu takes something inside his jacket..a device that shaped like a dinosaur skull? "If I can't handle him..I'll disgrace my mentor" 

Putting it on his stomach, it turns into a belt..the mouth of the device opens..then yuu, took another device, a Flashdrive..looks similar to Yuriko's brother's..but also different

"Y-you!? You have Gaia memory!?"

"Yeah that's right.. " he then puts it inside the mouth of the belt and when he closed it..the eyes of the belt glows green "henshin!"

Then yuu transforms into an armored man "it's time for you to count your sins!"

"Kamen rider!? No..your different from the two that I know" the monster then burst into laughter "hahaha..hahahaha! No matter you can't win against my speed!"
