Kyoutani used to be in alot of relationships which lead to him having alot of ex's. He mostly dated his best friends or friends so they normally just stayed as friends.
Kyoutani used to date people alot because it made him feel loved, not as a friend but just made him feel like he was worthy if something, the relationship always went like: friends, confess, dating, break up. It was like a normal relationship but it only lasted 2/3 months.
