Lille Skutt woke Bamse up, Bamse was confused.
-It's on fire, it's on fire, Skalmans house is on fire! Lille Skutt said.
Bamse was still a little bit confused but he got out of bed and drank a jar of dunderhonung, he wasn't scared because he knew he was the strongest bear in the whole world.
When they got there, Skalman was outside his house, he got out easily managed to get out the house before the fire got big worse. Nina Kanin, Brumme Lisa and a lot of other people were outside and watching the house burning. But Skalman was calm.
The people who watched the incident told Bamse that he could take the bathtub that stood outside, a yard sale had been going on before the house caught on fire. Bamse took the bathtub and ran with it to the sea, he filled it up.
He ran with the bathtub to Skalmans house and threw the water on the house.
