Bill lashed out at Laul and she froze making the cashier call the cops. The cops came in and quickly separated them. Then they questioned them. Bill looked at the cop with closeted anger and yelled "She is buying cigarettes with my money!!! I told her to not do it!!!" The cop later asked "Why is she in the gray world?" Then he said "apparently she's a grim reaper". The cop laughed and forced them into the car. They were put in jail, that made Bill so furious he started crying. Laul was looking at the ceiling and questioning her actions but not much after she got shivers and remembered her uncle. When Bill lashed out at her she remembered how her uncle used to abuse her . She got anxious and started shaking. Bill saw this and said as he cried "What now? Huh? an excuse for killing my father, an excuse for getting me banned from the university, an excuse for treating my mental breakdown like a joke?". Laul looked away and said "what I did was wrong but you have no right to do that" then he questioned "Do what? Cry... Have mental breakdowns?" Then she said "scream at me like my uncle". Bill looked away and rolled his eyes then said "That's your excuse? Wow!!". Laul said with an attitude "being abused is not an excuse" then he said "You talk about abuse but you ruined everything in my life!!!". Laul trying to look at him right said "I'm sorry, i ruined everything!!!! I'm not a phycologist" Bill closed his eyes and yelled " You did protests for human rights, yet you act like humans don't have problems in the mind!!! You fought for human rights yet you treat me like basura". Laul got angry and yelled "I fought for human rights because I was scared of what abusers can do!!! My uncle slapped me and hit me with a sharp stick. I know I am not a great person but I try". Bill slapped a paper of the table and he yelled "People like you only care about women, no one ever acknowledges when men are abused!!!" Laul was shocked 😳. She still replied "men are just as important as women" then he yelled "then show it". She stood silent until a cop gave them food then she said "thanks". They slept on the floor. As Bill slept Laul thought about what he said and realized he was right, although she didn't want to admit it. Then she tried to be nicer.
Laul's backstory:
Her parents died in an accident and Laul's uncle took her in. He was a crazy,strong,cruel and controlling man. When she moved in with him she tried to be the best daughter/niece she could be but he didn't like her. Every time she told him something she liked he would change the conversation about things about him. She didn't like that but did nothing. One day during university her uncle came in and dragged her outside. He yelled at her and started physically abusing her. Those actions caused her to have mental issues of her own. A friend she had stood up for her and slapped the man but he grabbed her by the hair and dragged her to the front of the car. He kicked her until she couldn't move so then he forced Laul in the car and he ran over Laul's friend. The blood spilled in the windows but all the uncle did was laugh and smile. Laul was traumatized and years after moved out.
