COBAINS POV

"I know and i'm sorry" Sebastian said

his eyes filled with sorrow and every bit of hatred I had towards him had washed away as soon as the words left his mouth.

He left the room and I don't know just the way he was was acting seemed like a vulnerable little kid like he would never apologise yet he did

"you know he didn't mean it" Kian said looking down at me

"do you really think that?" I asked

"Cobi it's Seb you know how he is. He's just trying to be nice while we are on tour so that he has someone to talk to as soon as we get back home he will go back to ignoring us and acting as if he didn't know us" he shrugged and picked Ruby up carrying her over to the couch

" but what if that's not the reason what if he genuinely saw that what he was doing was stupid and wants to change"

I know I shouldn't care about him but I can't help it he was my bestfriend and even though he broke my heart when I was a kid the feelings I have towards him are always going to be there.

Kian looked up to me and looked as if he was studying my facial expression to see if I meant what I was saying. I know he doesn't believe that Seb has or will change but I just have a feeling that he will change.

"Cobi he is not the same guy that was our bestfriend" he said as if he read my mind

"your right he's not the same person that we were friends with because he grew up and made some mistakes, changed the way he looks, but who he is on the inside is still the same. He still plays fifa like how you two used to, he still has a passion for music like our dads like all of us and you know that part of the young Sebastian is still there. All you have to do is look at the way he acts around Siena, he loves her with all his heart." I said letting every word fly out of my mind without even thinking

I know myself that he isn't exactly the same person that was my bestfriend but he atleast deserves a shot to redeem himself after he helped me and Ruby.

Kian and I sat in the dressing room for another hour so while Ruby slept on the couch. We didn't really talk more just sat next to eachother in a comfortable silence. His arm was draped around my shoulder as my head lay on his, Ruby cuddled up inbetween us. The distant sounds of screaming girls soon faded meaning the concert was coming to an end. Sure enough in a matter of minutes Our dads walked in all sweaty and hyped up. Dad and Luke were the first to enter the room followed by Ashton and Michael. No-one else came in meaning they had all headed back to the bus.

"good concert dad?" I asked as he lifted Ruby off of me and Kian

"yeah one of the better ones we've had" he said laughing

"course you'd say that after what that girl had on her sign" Ashton grinned

I looked around the room confused as Luke and Michael joined in the laughter

Michael noticed my confused expression "gonna tell Cobi" he said to my dad

"no she doesn't need to know" he said looking him directly in the eyes as if telling him to shut up

"c'mon dad im 16 not 6" i told him rolling my eyes

everyone laughed at me and he just shook his head at me. I slouched further down in my seat making a pouty face.

"I invented that face Cobain it ain't gonna work on me" he said gathering his things with one hand.

"she definitely is your daughter cal" Ashton laughed patting me on the head.

Management came in and told us that the bus was out back and to start heading out so in a single line thats what we did. Dad held onto Ruby and went in the middle just incase we got mobbed on our way out. Just as we were about to leave the dressing room Luke tapped my shoulder and whispered into my ear

"just look on twitter tonight you'll see the sign"

I laughed at him before security began pushing us into the hall

As we made our way out I noticed Sebastian at the front of the line with his dad which confused me because i thought he went back to the bus after leaving earlier. He looked back and our eyes met before he quickly turned back around.

"what's going on between you two" someone whispered in my ear making me jump slightly

"huh?" i said looking up to the voice which belonged to Luke

"you and Seb" he clarified

"nothing"

"sure" he smirked glancing down at me " ever since you two were kids all of us could see the bond between you" he laughed before continuing " your dad he wasn't happy about it and told Michael to keep his 'troublesome kid' away from his 'precious princess' it was quite funny the two of them had a blue about it and wouldn't talk for ages but then as you both grew up your mum talked some sense into Calum and they were best mates again."

I didn't reply just stared at the ground and laughed I could really see my dad doing that.
