Mark woke up the next morning expecting Haechan to be there, but he wasn't.

He didn't think anything of it, because chances are he's in the bathroom or just downstairs, but when he looked, he wasn't anywhere to be found.

Mark looked in the kitchen to see Haechan's belongings and a blue sticky note on the counter. He picked up the note and read it,

"I may not be back for a while, stay safe and don't look for me - Haechan."

Mark's breath caught in his throat whenever he read that. Even though he knew how Haechan was, he was still surprised to not have been told beforehand.

Haechan walked in the alleyway, awaiting the people who sent him the message, 'We have the moon, and you will not be seeing him again until the sun comes out. If you ever want to see him again, meet me.'.

Haechan obviously stressed this message, as he knew exactly who the message was referring to. Problem was, he didn't know exactly who sent it. He didn't know how prepared he should be, and so, he didn't plan for a fight.

Haechan isn't typically like that, he always expects a fight and is all for it. However, if he doesn't know his opponent, how could he expect it?

"Well, I didn't expect to see you here," He heard a familiar voice say, Haechan pushed himself off the wall with his foot and looked in the direction of the voice.

It was the boy alongside Hyunjae that night, Haechan instinctively put his guard up the second he saw the boy, knowing what had happened to him last time.

"Woah, woah, relax. I'm not gonna hurt you," Chanhee said, putting his arms up and laughing, "I just came here to smoke." He said, pulling out a pack of Marlboro and a lighter,

He opened the pack and pulled one and put it in his mouth before pulling out another one and holding it out to Haechan, "You want one?" He offered, Haechan shook his head and Chanhee put it back.

"Why are you here?" Chanhee asked, lighting the cigarette.

"No reason," Haechan said, eyeing Chanhee suspiciously.

"Yeah, I believe that," He said sarcastically, "Why are you here? I'm not gonna leave you alone until you tell me," Chanhee said, rubbing his hand on Haechan's arm.

Haechan shrugged Chanhee off him, "Why do you care so much? You literally tried to gut me last time we interacted," Haechan said spitefully.

"You want the moon back, right?" Chanhee said, smirking. Haechan's eyes widened and he looked up to the boy, nodding his head.

"I knew it." Chanhee said, taking the cigarette out his mouth and stomping it out, "Well, follow me and you'll get him back." Chanhee said, beginning to walk away. Haechan quickly followed behind him.

"Hm? Where did Haechan go?" Jisung asked, coming downstairs after sleeping all day,

"He left early," Mark said, "I don't know when, or why," He said, lifting himself up and grabbing the note from his pocket, giving it to Jisung, "He left this. 'Don't look for me,'..."

Jisung held the note lightly, "What does he mean by something dangerous?" Jisung asked, Mark's eyes widened

"I.. I don't know," Mark lied, looking away from Jisung. Jisung looked at Mark,

"Well, I think we should look for him anyway." Jisung stated firmly, folding the note and handing it back to Mark and turning away to go wake up Chenle,

"No!" Mark said, grabbing Jisung's wrist "We shouldn't," The statement made Jisung look him up and down,

"And why not?" Jisung asked, pulling his wrist out of Mark's grip, "If Hyuck is in danger, shouldn't we help him? That's what good friends would do," Jisung said. "I'm gonna go wake up Chenle, he knows people who can track others, we can help him that way." Jisung finished, turning away and running before Mark could stop him.
