Revenge Of The Sith

Vale's P.O.V.

"You failed, father. This is the end for you."

"No. No..." My father raises his hands at us. "It's the end for you!"

Suddenly lightning comes out of his fingertips toward us. The lightning hits us, and I feel myself being electrocuted all around. Falling to my knees, I groan as the pain invades my body.

A second later it's gone, but I stay on my knees until the pain fades away. When the pain is tolerable, I peer up again and see my father running into a hall in his office. I grab my saber from the ground just as I feel Anakin pull me to my feet again.

Glancing at one another silently, we turn back to the hallway he went through and follow him. We're in the room that leads up to the galactic senate session building. I find my father with his saber pointing at the both of us.

We activate our sabers and move away from one another to zone in on my father. His yellow eyes dart between us as we stroll closer to him. Nodding to Anakin, my father speaks up in a sinister, regretful voice.

"You have misplaced your trust, Anakin. It will be your downfall."

"No, it won't." He announces while pointing his saber at him. "... But your reluctance to surrender will be yours."

My father chuckles loudly before jumping in the air and spinning. He lands in the center of the room on transport that goes up to the galactic senate room. Anakin and I are quick to be on either side of the platform to stop him from running away again.

At the same time, we lift our blades and swing at my father. He quickly blocks Anakin's before stopping mine. Our orange, blue, and red blades bash at one another in record time.

My father is spinning in place to defend himself as Anakin and I take control of this duel. I got the strike below and Anakin goes to strike above, but my father is quick to defend both. He then kicks Anakin back, and he falls off the platform.

Turning to me, my father sweeps my legs with his foot and I fall back against the control panel for the platform. Moving his saber to slam down on top of me, I bring my saber above me to block him. He chuckles as he watches our blades come closer to my neck and I feel myself press something on the desk.

Suddenly the platform rises, and the ceiling above us opens. We go up into the Galactic Senate Chamber as Anakin jump backs onto the podium. He swings at my father, making him step back from me and I stand up straight again.

As we go higher into the Galactic Senate Chamber, all our light sabers spin rapidly before they come together. Growling, the Chancellor pushes off our sabers and surges to one podium in the dome shaped room. Watching him climb into the pulpit, I notice a figure running into the room and to a podium from high above.

"Obi-Wan?"

My eyes go wide when realizing it's the one and only Obi-Wan; he must have just arrived at Coruscant. He takes out his light saber as his eyes dart to me and Anakin before locking in on my father. Anakin and I glance to one another before facing the Chancellor again.

"You won't get away, Chancellor." Kenobi announces while waving his arms. "It's over. We have you cornered."

We see him staring at Obi-Wan in the distance with complete bitterness. Hearing him growl at the odds, my father then raises his hands and podiums lift into the air. He thrusts three at Anakin and me, making us spring to the walls of other platforms.

Out of the corner of my eyes, I see Obi-Wan hopping on podiums toward my father as he continues to throw platforms at us. Anakin and I break apart again to get away from the podiums crashing into us. We're jumping from podium to podium to not get hit as Obi-Wan gets closer to my father.
