1. Mermaids

Though sometimes kind' mermaids and mermen were usually dangerous to manfolks. Their gifts brought misfortune, and, if offended, the beings caused floods or other disasters.

As such seen on movies in shipwrecks and men drowning into abysses of their doom.

rules the sea of mermaids, young such as newborns and up to their teens and marriage age. Ruling the entire species of merfolk and sea creatures, with a trident and depicted as muscular with a large tail, he took one of the mermaids as his wife.

Sometimes mortals were lured to live underwater, enticed to be a mermaid themselves and live as being mermaids and marry one themselves. If one had captured the heart of a mermaid, you will soon to be immortal and become a merman yourself. Such as a pirate who someone deems worthy, and become their spouse as well.

As such "The Little Mermaid" whose story is about Disney fairytale by Hans Christian Andersen about a young mermaid who longs to be part of the human world and who was attracted, and then goes to marry a man who then comes to the underworld. And lived in the upper world of land.
