Hi people, how are you? I am Vishakha Pathak a classic Gujarati girl. I am born and brought up in Vadodara. Cooking is my passion and love. It's a therapeutic exercise for me. As we all know that Gujarati's are big time foodie. I've applied for VISA of USA for a baking competition and program happening there. It's been my dream to go there for a long time. My family is a typical joint family. I used to live with them till I opened a bakery in here. As the distance was pretty far from my home I decided to move out.

I am a baker. I own a bakery in a prominent place. Being a baker is like : Preparing, mixing, cutting and shaping dough ready for baking. Preparing sweet and savoury pastry and dough fillings, rolling out pastry and creating a variety of baked goods. Monitoring proving, cooking and cooling times, in addition to ensuring the appearance of items is consistent.

I begin my work early in the morning, and it is efficient, organised, productive that way. I had cultivated good time-management skills. Understanding and following food health and safety rules is crucial for Bakers like me, in addition to knowing various baking techniques and methods.

Baked goods take many forms, from baguettes and bagels to more complicated confections such as macarons and kouign-amann.

The work environments of bakeries themselves can be just as diverse, making this a flexible career path with a variety of options. My first hotel was when I was in my early twenty's in Florence. All my hotels have maintained a standard it feels like I'm boasting but I am not. What I say or plan is seen in work. Now I have hotels in Italy and every popular state in USA.
