Afternoon practice has come and the amber-headed lady had a special one-on-one practice with the team's main catcher, Miyuki Kazuya. They have the bullpen all by themselves as the other two pitchers are doing another practice.

The bespectacled catcher was calling for different pitches which the lady pitcher delivered perfectly. He couldn't help but feel amused at her. Kat's mastery and perfect ball control were still a mystery for him.

The perfect sound of the mitt in contact with the ball rings perfectly in his ears. He threw back the ball and called for a sinker, again. Kat raises both of her arms, displaying her pitching form, and swings down her right arm.

*FWOOOSSSHH

"Nice ball." The four-eyed catcher commended, a grin gracing his features. "Tell me why you mastered every pitch perfectly, Kat."

It earned him a bemused look from the lady pitcher with her lips pursed, "I distinctly remembered I told you I'd tell you when we won the summer qualifiers." The amber lady places a smile as she grabs the small bag of Rosin powder.

The catcher grinned in amusement at the lady's response, "Heh, right." He snickered. "So, who is this dude you're crushing?"

The lady got irked at the catcher's another question, "No one! Ira was just baffling earlier!" Kat responded defensively.

"Ahahaha! Really?" The bespectacled catcher retorted in amusement.

"Yes, really! And I'm not interested about dating, besides only people with mutual interests in one another date. So quit asking whimsical questions and let's get back to business." The lady stomped, hands placed on her waist as she huffed in slight annoyance.

"Alright. Alright." Snickering, the bespectacled catcher finally calls for another pitch.

7:34 PM

The two decided to eat at the convenience store nearby and so here they are sitting and eating outside the store.

They both bought store Bentos and a cup of noodles. And Miyuki being Miyuki, he forgot to bring his wallet thus making Kat shoulder his purchases.

"It's been so long since I've eaten a cup of noodles..." The bespectacled catcher murmurs as he takes another slurp of the noodles.

The lady eyed him in surprise, "Really? This is my first ever cup of noodles." Bunyag ng babae sa kanya which earned her a surprised look from the catcher.

"Really?!" The catcher was flabbergasted, extremely flabbergasted.

With a nod, the lady said "Yup! Mom wouldn't let me eat this junk food."

The snarky catcher snickered, "But you have lots of chips inside your fridge, which are also a junk food." He retorted, eating a piece of pork cutlets from the Bento.

The lady pitcher let out a 'tch' as she rolls her eyes at the snarky catcher's comment. It earned her a laugh from him. "Hahaha! Got ya!" Miyuki grinned widely.

"Shut up!" Kat retorted, embarrassed.

"So where did you went for vacation?" The brunette catcher asked.
