We were on our way to Atlantis , luckily even if someone wanted to chase us , they had no idea where we were going.
Batman: How are you holding up, all right?
Magni:I'm ok , why ?
Batman: I don't know you , so I don't know what your capabilities are , what your training is , but so far as I've noticed , you're capable.
Magni:Thanks for caring but I' m fine.
Batman: All right.
Magni:But I want to ask you something, what do you think about our plan, do we have a chance ?
Batman: When I heard what Kal did while he was controlling me, I had my second thoughts, but I saw what you and Kara did, so I do believe there's a chance.
Magni:Thanks , I'm fairly new to this so I had to ask.
Hearing the encouraging answer from Batman reassured him.
Batman: If you didn't expects us to beat Superman then why did you free Kara, me and find the Brother Eye?
Magni:It's something my parents raised me to do, to protect those who needed it most and to preserve the peace.
The last words had a painful taste , the death of his parents , the destruction of his home still had the bitter taste. Batman picked up on the noticeable signs but said nothing.
Batman: So at least you can see that their upbringing was reflected in you and was not wasted. You're doing Earth a great service , you've rescued a few superheroes and now we're on our way to retake Atlantis.
Magni:Thanks, with Aquaman's help we'll make it.
Batman nodded and we continued on our way until we reached the water. I looked around and saw Flash was wearing a diving suit. When my gaze met Kara's , she smiled sweetly and gave me a thumbs up , I did the same.
Batman: I see she likes you, if it's over you can spend
time together.
When I found out what he was talking about , I blushed a little.
Magni:Ok..
Batman: But for now, let's focus on our plan.
That's when I saw the Flash dive and the rest of us went on as well. I looked around and it was the first time I had been that deep in the water , clearly Asgard had its charm , the 9 realms did too But this also had its magic , the rich underwater life.
Batman: I see you like what you see ?
Magni:I've seen some things but this is a new one.
Batman: But remember, you have to be in the pos...
Magni:Always on the constant alert, I know.
Batman: We should be there soon.
Magni:Well, I hope Aquaman makes it easier for us.
When I saw the majesty of Atlantis, the golden outlines of the buildings, the magnificent ancient city, it reminded me a little of home, Asgard with its golden peaks reaching to the sky, the rainbow bridge... But when I saw what they did to that city, they made it a dump for the bottom rung of the people, drug house and brothel...
Magni:Horrible, how can someone do this.
Batman: I thought you were aware of what happened to Atlantis.
Magni:I've heard only gossip, to see it with my own eyes, God what some people are capable of!
When we saw the opening , we went inside.
