Magni P.O.V.
While Batman and Catwoman went to Gotham to enable communication with Atlantis , the rest of us enjoyed what little respite the situation would allow. Aquaman has been busy rebuilding his kingdom. The Flash watched the news on the internet, Kara took this time to look around. Green Arrow and Black Canary were spending time together to make up for lost time. I, on the other hand, watched the underwater life and wondered how quickly life could take a new direction. Kara returned after a while and approached me from behind.
Kara: How are you ?
I looked back to her.
Magni:I'm fine , did you enjoy your walk around the area ?
She sat down next to me.
Kara: Yes but I prefer flying more.
I chuckled.
Magni:Me too , there is no limit with us , since we can fly anywhere we want.
We giggled.
Kara: We can , but it's better here , where it's familiar to us , where we have people who know us.
Kara: So what was your home like ?
I sighed.
Magni:When I was smaller , it was simpler , life was more peaceful but as time went on , it got more complicated and it wasn't the same anymore.
Kara: I know what you mean, Krypton was the same way.
I looked at Mjolnir with thoughts in my head. Kara looked at me.
Magni:You know I never thought I would be worthy of Mjolnir , it was my father's weapon.
Kara: I don't know much about magic , but what I do know is that you are worthy of that hammer for a reason.
Magni:Thanks.
Magni:You know how to make me feel better.
Kara: You don't have to thank me, you're the son of the thunder god, you're leading us, you've given us back our hope, and you're cute too.
I blushed.
Magni:What?
Kara: I mean, you look handsome.
Magni:Uhhhhh thanks.
She giggled.
Kara: Now you're being cute again.
Magni:Oh, stop it.
Kara: Okay.
I looked out and saw my reflection in the glass. She looked at me and smirked.
Kara: There's that handsome face.
I quickly countered her response.
Magni:If you want to see a cute face look in the mirror.
She blushed I laughed.
Magni:Two can play this game.
She playfully punched me in the shoulder.
Kara: It's funny when I do it to you , not the other way around it's not fair.
Magni:You're adorable when you blush ( he said in Kryptonian).
She blushed even more while rolling her eyes.
Kara: Oh Rao , since when do you speak ...
??? Having fun kids ?
We looked behind for a voice and saw Black Canary and Green Arrow.
Green Arrow: I'm glad you keep your spirits up at times like this.
