Chapter 1

I walked downstairs with my duffel bag to see about 15 men all in black suits, wearing sunglasses standing there with my parents. "What the hell is going on?" I asked, "Jacalyn dear you have to go to a boarding school," my mother said. "WHAT?!?!?" I shouted, "Jacalyn you're different, and because of that you must go to Midnight Rose Academy,". "O-okay ill go, but what am I?", I asked. "Jacalyn, you're a vampire, angel. The rarest supernatural creature and as far as we know you are only the second one ever to have lived and therefore are the only one in existence," my mother said. "Wow," was all I could say, I'm a vampire a real vampire.......I better get used to this. "Princess," said one of the men. "Oh yes you are also princess Jacalyn ruler over vampires AND angels and we aren't your real parents your parents are king and queen over all vampires and angels." Woah that's a lot of information to take in. "Princess," said the man again, I looked at him, "we must go!". "Oh right, love you mum love you dad bye!".

One of the men so he flashed us in front of the school and we walked inside all the while people staring. When we got to the front office a nice looking lady said, "state your name and your purpose," I looked at who looked to be my head guard and he nodded. "Jacalyn Lynk princess to angels and vampires and ima new student," I said nervously. The lady quickly jumped up, "Mrs Johnston, your majesty," she said hurriedly while curtseying. "Please don't call me that and can I just get my dorm room number and my schedule." I said. "Of course Princess," Mrs Johnston said and quickly handed me my papers. "Thank you mrs Johnston," I said politely, "your welcome and call me Barbra if you like princess," she said, "thank you Barbra," I corrected myself.
