Y/n POV:

After getting off the roof, I and Midoriya walked and talked, he seemed a nice guy, a little timid and shy, but all and all very nice, he's extremely interested in heroes and quirks, and even has a journal to write his data down

Midoriya: "So, if you don't mind me asking, what's your quirk?" he asked, pen and journal ready at a moments notice

Y/n: "Oh... I'd rather not..." I looked away,

Midoriya: "I won't say mean things, I promise." He persisted.

I looked at his innocent face and sighed.

Y/n: 'There goes another friendship...'

Y/n: "Well ok then... It's a little complicated so strap in" I sighed

Y/n: "I excrete a gas from the pores on my skin, when inhaled through the respiratory system or it enters the bloodstream, it makes the person who is unlucky to be subjected to it hallucinate their greatest fears, they can still see everything but it's all nightmaritised... that's not a word... anyway, say they have Arachnophobia, they may look at their hands and see spiders crawling all over them. The effects last 5 minutes at the minimum, I have developed a cure to help people, it can also be used in a liquid form." I explained

He writes it all down without even asking me to repeat something, this guy has obviously been doing this for a while.

Though he isn't running away in fear... strange...

Midoriya: "You're yourself immune to your gas?"

Y/n: "Correct, completely immune"

Midoriya: "Have you ever met someone who's immune to your gas?"

Y/n: "That's a stupid question. I don't tend to go around gassing people all that seems like a one-way track to getting arrested" I deadpanned

Midoriya: "Oh... Yeah... Wait, then how did you get the info on your quirk?"

His words pierced through me like a cold knife.

Y/n: 'Do I tell him? I can't, I won't lose another friend because of my quirk.'

Y/n: "When I first developed my quirk, I had a... Accident... some doctors came by and took me to a lab to test everything out, Me and my Mum decided I wouldn't use my quirk unless I'm in an emergency situation or I become a hero, but I've also been running some of my own experiments at home, I discovered the liquid form and how the gas is actually explosive! And I developed a cure, though it took a lot of trial and error."

Midoriya: "Wow, Your quirk is really interesting" He smiled 

I had a look of shock, is he really this trusting?...

Y/n: "Really? You aren't afraid of it?... Of me?..."

Midoriya: "No, why should I be?"

I teared up a little, my scowling facade slipped away from me for a moment, but quickly put it back on and wiped the tears away, everyone I've told about my quirk about has looked at me weirdly or just were just plain scared of me, but Midoriya... he's different...

Y/n: "N-no... It's just nothing, I just... let's keep walking."

He gave me a reassuring smile and we kept trekking on.

Though his question back on the roof was still on my mind.

Y/n: "Hey, If you don't mind me asking... are you quirkless?"

He stopped and turned with a surprised expression

Midoriya: "H-how did you k-know?" He shook

Y/n: "On the roof, you asked if someone who's quirkless could become a hero, the logical deduction is that either yourself or someone close to you who is quirkless is aspiring to become a hero, with how passionately you asked, I assumed the former"
