War of the Supernaturals

PROLOGUE!

Dan walked up the dark streets of New York with his hoody up and his head down. He was surprised at how many people were outside in the night today than usual. Well it wasn't that much of a shock since a big carnival went on just this afternoon leaving streamers and confetti everywhere.

It wasn't really great for Dan since it made it harder for him to hide his face in the big shining lights. Sometimes he wished he hadn't come to live in New York with all the people and lights that can blind even a human most likely he a vampire, but he made a promise to Teresa a few weeks ago that he'll come just for her.

And he did come.

All because of her. Since he'll do anything for her.

When Dan saw the alley James told him to come meet him at, he searched his surroundings before slipping into the tight alley in such grace as if he was bowing to the queen himself!

He waited a few minutes in the dark checking his watch to see if he was to early until a flicker of movement from his left caught his attention.

Dan turned slightly so he can watch as James came into the alley with as much grace as Dan did himself before settling next to him on the marble floor.

"Dan! I'm very happy you could make it," said James with his slightly british accent.

" You know i wouldn't miss this for the world," answered Dan knowing though that James may know he's lying since they were many reasons he didn't want to come here tonight.

"That's great to hear," replied James" but there is much to talk about. There has been a rumor that some vampires have been seeing glipses of things falling from the sky. As you must have heard already, the council didn't like this at all and sent one of ther men to research what was going on. When he came back the council was surprised to see him carrying a woman white as glass with....with dark wings behind her back. They didn't exactly know what she was so they just called her a fallen angel"

"My god it's actually true?" Dan asked.

"Well we do not know for sure if that's what she is, but the wings and faces those vampires are seeing is making it hard not to believe."

"But it's just so stupid! How could something so irrational and unbelievable such as fallen angels actually exist?!"

"Well maybe just how vampires do?"

"Vampires are different."

"How?"James asked

"They didn't fuckin fall from the sky!"
