minho was at the café working a day shift and to be honest, he was exhausted. he hadn't had proper sleep in days and only drank coffee. he couldn't stop thinking about hyunjin and felix, today was also the day when the pair was gonna meet minho at the Beachwood café. minho felt almost ashamed of himself, his skin was pale and lifeless, he had dark circles under his eyes and his eyes were red and swollen from lack of sleep, he didn't know how he was gonna manage and oh not to mention the scars all over his arms that were red and itchy.

just as he thought there were no more customers, he saw a couple walk into the café, the pair was holding hands and one of them came to the counter to order drinks

this reminded minho of hyunjin and his first café date.

"hyunjin i can't believe you dont like coffe" minho said with a pout

"its so bitter!! how do you even drink it" hyunjin replied dramatically

"not if you add sugar and milk!! come on you can try my favourite drink and then maybe you can decide if you actually hate coffee or not!" minho said as he dragged hyunjin by his arm into the coffee shop

"beachwood café~" hyunjin read the board above the counter

"i'll go order!" Minho said and started walking towards the counter

hyunjin sat on a table near the window, it was a table and two seats across each other, perfect for a couple!

there was soft music playing and it felt so peaceful, the café was quiet and there weren't many customers there, the color pallette of the decor was light and beautiful.

"im back!" Minho said as he placed two drinks with straws on the table

he handed hyunjin a drink that said "hyunjinnie ♡" on it

hyunjin giggled at how cute it was and proceeded to take a sip from the cup

"its bitter!!" hyunjin said in response to the drink in his hands

"you dont like it..?" minho said with a frown

"no no i do!!" hyunjin said as he tried to drink the coffee again but failed

minho, staring at hyunjin, full of love, was now trying not to laugh after seeing the look on hyunjins face

"stop laughing!" hyunjin said in a loud voice which made a few other customers turn to look at them

"you're so cute jinnie" minho said

"i-i am?" hyunjin said as he was flustered at minho's words

"yes" minho said pinching the bridge of hyunjins nose

"i would like two caramel macchiatos" the boy who stood to order said

"okay, whats your name sir?" Minho asked trying to sound atleast a little happy

"jeongin, please write "hannie" with a heart on the second cup!" said the boy, he had blonde hair and fox like eyes and Minho assumed that "hannie" was the squirrel looking boy who entered the shop with jeongin
