Chapter 1

                            The necklace
I sat by a bridge watching the sea while the others in the village watched as the new Komondor was getting he's sword. I'm Alice Mondavia. I guess people think I'm kinda weird. My dad is a pirate and now people think I'm crazy as him. He left me when I was a little kid.

The water was nice and warm. The sun was hunting and the sky was blue.
"Beautiful, isn't it?" A familiar voice said from behind. I turned my head and saw Will turner. He smiled nicely before he sat down next to me. Will Is like a brother to me. We both lost our parents which made us need each other. "Do you ever want to run away?" I asked him. He chuckled a bit.
"Well would you?" He asked as he looked out to the sea.
"Maybe.." I said as I turned to face him.
"Mr turner? May I have a word whit Alice?" The Komondor asked. Will nodded and walked away as I walked whit the Komondor.  We walked up to the top top floor. It was a beautiful view over the ocean.
"I apologise if I seem forward, but I must speak my mind." He began but I didn't really listen. I was more focused on the sun slowly easing down.
"This promotion throw into sharp relief."
"That which I have not yet achieved." He let talking and I was alone in my own minds.
"A marriage to a fine Woman." That's when I started to listen.
"Alice, you have become a fine woman." He kept going but looked away. Suddenly I lost balance and accidentally tripped over the edge. I screamed out loud as I fall into the ocean. I hit my head on a rock near before everything went black.

Jacks pov
I was talking to the two nice men about how I was the captain once on the black pearl. They were both listening carefully when suddenly we heard a splash in the water.
"Will you be saving her?" I asked one of the men.
"I can't swim!" He answered. I raised one of my eyebrows. I looked at the other man but he shaked he's head. I let out a sigh before I started taking my hat and every weapon I had of.
"Do not lose these." I sis das I gave them my bag of weapons.
I got up on the edge of the ship and dived inside the oceans down to the button where she was laying.her forehead was bleeding and slowly floating up. I picked hut up and tried my best to swim back to the land again. The two men helped me get her on the bridge but she wasn't breathing. I placed my hands on her forehead to stop the bleeding when I noticed a golden necklace. The necklace was round and had a skeleton in the middle. I recognised it.
A bunch of soldiers came to the bridge. All pointed swords towards me besides one boy who didn't look like a soldier went to the girl and tried he's beat to stop the blood.
"Well sorry that I saved her?!" I said and one of them let the sword down.
"Your right, Thank you." He got he's hand out waiting for me to shake it which I did.
He grabbed the end of my shirt and dragged it up to see my "P" mark.
"Pirate." He said and looked me right into the eyes.
"Hang him." One said from behind.
"Jack sparrow isn't it?" The man that still held my hand said as he looked at my tattoo.
"Captain Jack sparrow, if ya please, sir." I said.
"Where's your ship? Captain." The man said.
"I'm looking for one." I said.
"Komondor, he came whit these." The one I gave my weapons to said. I tough I could trust that man.
"A compass that doesn't show north..." he said going true my stuff.
"You are the worst pirate I've ever heard of." The Komondor said.
"But you have heard of me." I smirked towards him which annoyed him.  He dragged to get handcuffs and dragged me into prison.

I've got my own cell which I'm thankful of. There were 5 other pirates in another cell trying to get the dog that held the keys to give it to them which clearly didn't work.
"You can keep doing that forever. The dog is never going to move." I told them a bit irritated.
"Of excuse us, if we haven't registered ourselves to the gallows just yet." A man said whit fear in he's eyes. I chuckled.

Alice pov.
I woke up in a nice blue room whit Will by my side.
"Alice! Your Alive!" He said happy.
"What happened?" I asked as I tried to sit up in the comfortable bed.
"You tripped over from the top floor and hit your head in a rock." He explained.
"What ghost would like to hurt me that much?" I joked which made him laugh.
"They coughed the pirate that saved you." Will also said which got my attention.
"Pirate?"
"Yes, A pirate named Jack sparrow saved you, don't worry, he's in prison now. " he said as if it were a good thing.
"Can we go see him? I want to thank him." I said as I tried to get up but will punched me back to the bed.
"You need to rest. But sure when your better." He said and smiled. He got out of the room and closed the door behind him.

After some minutes I woke up by a Canon fired. I heard The Komondor yelling orders to the soldiers. I slowly got out of bed towards the hallway we're Will meet me.
"What's happening?" I asked him.
"I don't know! We need to get out of here." He said as he picked me up on he's back and carried me to the black smith place. He gave me a sword and took a sword and a ace for himself.
"Can you walk?" He asked me. I nodded. Canons we're fired and hun shoots we're fired. People were screaming and crying. Pirates were coming from a big ship running after poor persons. Me and Jack ran across the streets helping the people. My head was bulting but I didn't care at the moment. I ran over behind a wall. I looked down at my golden necklace I got from my dad.
"Dad please help me.." I whispered to my self. I looked over to see Will passed out.
"WILLIAM!!" I screamed and ran over to him. I dragged him to the alleyway waiting for him to wake up.

As I sat there whit him, I saw Elizabeth, an old friend of mine being taken whit the pirates. I took of my pirate necklace and laid it into one of Wills pockets. I quickly walked after them as I started fighting whit the pirate that held her. "RUN ELIZABETH!" I screamed as I tried my best to beat him. But my headache kept getting worse. Elizabeth hesitated for a second before she ran away. I fell down and the pirate bend Over me. "Look what we have here. Isn't it the daughter of John Mondavia?" He said and smirked. "I think the captain would like to talk whit you.." he said and took me to their ship. A cute little monkey greeted us and waved to me. "Captain I think this is the girl you looked for?" The pirate said to a man whit long beard.
He walked over to me and dragged my shirt of to show the "P" that I had on my arm. He smirked. "You really look just like your father." The man whit the beard said which I assume was the captain.
"What do you want from me?" I asked him coldly. "You have something I want." He said.
"What?" I asked him. He looked down at my neck and gave me a confused look.
"Where is it!" He yelled into my face. "Where is what!" I pretended I didn't know what he was talking about. "THE NECKLACE!" He yelled once again in my face.
"I sold it a year ago. I didn't want to be recognised as a pirate." I said. It looked like they bought the lie. The captain let a sigh out. "Who did you sell it to?" He asked.
"Some old man in Tortuga." I said. He nodded and gave the other man a look. The man lead me of the ship as they started to drive away.
I let out a sigh in relief.
