Arthit was relieved when Kong's family finally excused themselves and headed home that evening. The living room was complete, the bathrooms had been stocked with fresh linens, the fridge and cabinets were filled to bursting with everything thing they would need, and all Arthit wanted to do was collapse on the bed with Kongpob next to him.

Walking out of the bathroom in a pair of low slung pajama pants, Kongpob was still shirtless with a towel draped around his shoulders and P'Arthit felt his mouth go dry. When did his hubby get so incredibly sexy? There were no words for how attracted to this man Arthit was. His heart hammered in his chest and he could hardly breath when Kong looked up and made eye contact. The change in his lover's expression was almost instantaneous. His eyes darkened with hunger and whatever weariness remained disappeared.

"P'Arthit," Kong finally whispered his voice shaky, "do I get a reward for behaving myself today?"

Not even willing to play coy after such a long day--following a week apart--the older man simply nodded his head. Without bothering to look in the mirrors that made up their closet doors, Arthit was certain that his face was probably flaming. In the space of six steps, Aioun was on his back across the bed and Kongpob was spread over top of him. Their lips were a hairsbreadth apart and Kong's breath was sweet with mint and warm as it came out in pants against his lips.

A shiver ran through Arthit's body as he gaze up at his love, "Why does this suddenly feel like a wedding night?"

The laughter that flooded out of Kongpob's mouth astounded, Arthit, "I love you so much," he chuckled, "But our wedding night will be far more magnificent than a day of moving boxes, coughing on dust, and shooing my mother and sister out the door forty minutes ago."

Arthit blushed as he made eye contact with his lover before grabbing Kongpob's hand and pressing a kiss the ring that had rested there for the last two years. Then, in a move which completely surprised Kong, Arthit flipped them over "One day, Kongpob Suthiluck, I am going to marry you and no one is going to stop me."

The smile that crossed Kong's face was incandescent. His eyes sparkled and his lips curved up in complete joy. "How about six months from now?"

"Six months," P'Arthit shrieked, "Kongpob, give me two hundred push-ups!"

Laughing joyously, Kongpob pulled Arthit down into a passionate kiss.

"Six months," Kong whispered against his lips, "I am going to tell my parents about us once we have finished moving in and I've settled in at work. I won't waste another moment pretending you are not the love of my life, Arthit Rojnapat." He finalized his declaration with a night of lovemaking so intense that both were glad they had the next few days off.

When Arthit woke up the next morning the sun was high in the sky and creeping through the curtains with intensity. His body ached pleasantly and Arthit felt such satisfaction he would have purred were he an actual cat.

Rolling over and snuggling into the blankets to luxuriate in his contentment, Arthit couldn't help muttering to himself, "I don't know what he thinks he going to do on our wedding night to top that?"

"I have plenty of surprises up my sleeves, Aioun," Kong called from the sofa near the window where he sat writing in his journal.

"I hope you're not recording everything in explicit detail, Kongpob," P'Arthit scolded with very little venom and quite a lot of fondness in his voice.

Kongpob chuckled, "You'll just have to read it later and find out for yourself."

Putting his journal down, the younger man slinked over to their bed and curled up beside his lover, "Do you want to go out and get food?" He ran his fingers adoringly over the mottled love marks that dotted his Aioun's chest, collar bone, and stomach.
