Jenna's POV.
When I was in High School nobody knew me. I was the invisible girl, the wallflower. Then I graduated, and all that changed. I started university studying economics, but I knew that wasn't what I had to do with my life and started taking drama classes. I worked with a theater and appeared in almost ten works before I even imagined me on TV.
At the age of nineteen I stopped with my studies and focused in my drama career. I did so many castings for appearing in many shows until I finally get choose for playing the main character of a teen show.
Since that show, everything changed, and they asked me for doing more films and for be the guest star of some shows that I loved... It was like a dream I've been having since I was little.
I travelled to United States and Canada, but my house was still the United Kingdom. At twenty two, I moved to London and I started working on a TV show about supernatural creatures, it was called ' In the middle of the road ', and it was pretty famous.
I was on the set, talking with Carl, who played the main character in the show when my manager Kyle called me.
"I've got amazing news" he told me, smiling big and looking to my eyes "a great opportunity for you.
"What opportunity?" I asked. Kyle was a great man, but his ideas weren't always as great as his personality, and sometimes he scared me. He was kind of imaginative and his dreamed opportunity could be an horror to me (and to anyone else, actually).
This time, it wasn't.
"I have talked with one of this youtubers that teens watch nowadays" he told me.
"Oh my god, that's awesome, Kyle" I said, pretty surprised. This was definitely a great idea.
"Yeah, I'm amazing" he joked "his name is Joe Sugg, do you know him?" he asked.
I smiled and nodded. Of course I knew Joe Sugg, I was actually subscribed to his channel and I had seen every single one of his videos.
I tried to act normal and fake that I was still listening to him while I wondered how could Kyle get an opportunity like this one. Me meeting Joe Sugg. It was crazy.
"Are you even listening to me?" he asked.
"No, sorry."
He rolled his eyes although this was not the first time that happened that he was talking and I was thinking about other things.
"I was saying that you'll see him here in thirty minutes" Kyle said gently.
"In thirty minutes?! And you tell me now?!" I frowned and he smiled.
"This way you couldn't say no."
He was almost forty five years old and he was like a kid of ten.
Thirty minutes later I was in the make-up studio finishing my make-up because what Kyle hadn't thought about was that I had to record a few scenes after this thing with Joe, and for having time I had to go with the same make-up that after a fight with a vampire. Horrible.
I when to the place we were meeting and Joe was already there. He gave me a shocked look when he saw the fake blood and my other fake injures.
"Its make-up" I said, and he nodded "My name is Jenna, by the way."
He smiled "I'm Joe Sugg, I'm a youtuber and-"
"I know" I interrupted him and laughed "who wouldn't know who you are? I see your videos since your beginnings; I was with you when you were fetus ThatcherJoe."
He laughed with me and suddenly the air was free of the tension that settled when I entered into the room.
"Well, what are you planning?" I asked, looking at the camera that was placed infront of the sofa he was sitting in.
"I first thought of something like the body shock but I decided that it wasn't appropiate" he laughed and I smiled at him, I'd always loved his laugh, "so I decided that we could do one of this internet quiz that are in teen magazines, and I couldn't resist bringing this one" he showed me a magazine and inside it was a quiz with the title 'What celebrity are you?', the options were: Selena Gomez, Emma Watson, Beyonce and me (Jenna Kirblack).
I laughed and nodded. That was going to be definitely funny.
Joe turned on the camera and asked me to smile and then sat next to me and started to do his intro.
"You aren't supposed to look at me as if I was meat" he joked.
I rolled my eyes and answered "Yeah, you know I have problems with that, I am with all this injuries because of that."
He laughed.
"Well, y'all probably know this girl, but in any case, she is Jenna Kirblack, an actress and so. And I am with her to do what you all expected."
"Yes girls. I'm gonna cut Joe's hair" I said.
"You what?" he frowned and I laughed "my hair is okay as it is."
"A haircut wouldn't kill you, kid" I joked. "But, it's kind of sexy as it is, actually. The thing. We are going to discover what celebrity we are."
There was a dramatic silence where we both were doing funny an what had to be mysterious facial expressions.
"Lets get started" he finally said, and I nodded "first question, what is your favorite animal?"
"Cats, of course."
And answering questions similar to this one, we finished with the video. My celebrity, following the quiz, was Emma Watson, and I was okay with it, but Joe's was me, and that was kind of akward.
"It was pretty funny" I said, still smiling.
He nodded, "Yeah, and I know you had fun because I am you" he joked.
"That's creepy" I laughed.
"It's not" he fake feeling ofended and I laughed, then he looked at me "You are a happy girl, that's good."
I shrugged without stop smiling "I have a happy life, and I'm proud of it."
"Jenna. Five minutes" an assistant told me from out of the room.
"I'll be there in three, Steve, thanks" I said.
After he kept going through the corridor I looked back to Joe and took my phone.
"Would you mind if I do a video for instagram?" I asked him "It's kind of a diary, a way for my fans to know whats happening in my life."
"No, it's cool" he smiled.
We posed together and I started recording, "Hey guys, I'm with the youtuber Joe Sugg, and there'll be a surprise in his channel soon, so watch ThatcherJoe's videos!"
"Give thumbs up and subscribe" he added.
When I upload the video I felt Joe's look in me, and when I looked back, he smiled "Maybe you should try doing daily vlogs about your day-a-day life" he said "instead of instagram videos" and then laughed.
"I don't think I could do it well, I guess you are in much preassure" I said shrugging.
"It's one of the easiest videos the Daily vlogs" he told me "you don't have to do much editing, just puting together all the parts that you record."
I smiled "I'll think of it. I have to go now, it was a pleasure Joe, I would like to see you again."
"Yeah, sure, me too"
"We'll see."
