Maybe it wasn't the best plan to spend all day at the dance studio. I hadn't thought to bring an extra pair of clothes with me and now I look like a mess from practicing for so long.

At least it was cool outside so walking to the library should be enjoyable.

It was late into the afternoon now and by the time I get to the library, Jisoo and Changkyun should be halfway through their study.

"I hope we have a way to get back tonight," I think as I watch a surge of traffic. "She should have DK's number so we'll be okay."

Rounding the corner, the library comes into view. It was huge, three stories high with fancy, old-timy exterior designs.

Walking into the large building, I'm greeted with a cold gust of air and the peaceful smell of old books.

I look around the spacious room, trying to find where Jisoo and Changkyun were. After scanning multiple times, I still can't find them and I start to move my way upstairs, figuring they must be working up on another floor.

Thankfully, I immediately find the two classmates looking over books and taking notes once on the second floor. Neither one notices me until I pull out a chair beside Jisoo and sit down. They look up at me in sync.

"Oh, you're finally here," Changkyun jokes at me, smiling.

I roll my eyes at him but don't say anything.

"Thank goodness you got here," Jisoo whispers as I sit down. "We're getting picked up soon."

Even though Jisoo was obviously trying to hide it from Changkyun, he could at least hear a little bit of what she was saying. He keeps looking between us but thankfully, he doesn't say anything about it and simply shrugs it off.

"How is your studying going?" I ask while looking at the collection of books they have sitting out.

Jisoo scoffs and Changkyun lightly chuckles. "It would be going fine. If Changkyun would stop making jokes or just stop getting distracted by the smallest thing." Jisoo sighs.

"Maybe if this wasn't so dull I'd be more willing to study."

Mumbling something under her breath, Jisoo turns the page and keeps studying her book. Changkyun and I chuckle before he also returns to studying and I move to find a book.

I end up finding a book in the fantasy section before walking back and sitting down to start reading as the two talk over something for their assignment.

I'm not sure how long I end up reading before Jisoo states we have to leave, but I've already gotten through two chapters of the book.

"I can take you home next time y'know," Changkyun offers while standing up and packing his stuff. "I don't mind."

"Oh sorry. We're uhh," Jisoo stutters. She struggles to come up with a plausible excuse.

"She felt bad asking you again, plus we're going to see a movie with them," I say while Jisoo struggles.

"Oh, enjoy your movie!" Changkyun smiles at us while we walk down the stairs.

Once we make it outside the library Changkyun walks away and me and Jisoo wait for our ride.

Thankfully, it doesn't take long for the familiar car to show up and stop in front of us. We both climb into the car and I'm surprised to see neither DK nor Vernon but Mingyu driving the car.

No one says anything and Mingyu starts to drive away once the door is closed.

I'm partially shocked that he's the one here, not because it's him exactly, but because he was using the car from before. When we had gotten to the house last night I could see at least a dozen cars. Although it probably was nothing, I can't help but be curious, a problem I tend to have.
