Oikawa's Brother

Chapter Two

(Shoyo wakes in the morning to fingers being combed through his hair. He slowly opens his eyes and sees Maki smiling at him)

Maki: Good morning, baby.

Shoyo: (pulls Maki closer and kisses his forehead) You're so fucking adorable, Peach.

(Matsun chuckles behind Shoyo)

Matsun: He is pretty adorable, isn't he?

Shoyo: Hmm. You're a lucky guy.

(Shoyo see Maki starting to blush so he cups his cheek and coos at him. Maki hides his face in Shoyo's neck)

Matsun: I'm hungry. Let's go eat.

(Shoyo laughs at Maki groaning and gently pushes him up out of the bed and they make their way downstairs to make breakfast. They see Iwaizumi in the kitchen cooking pancakes while Oikawa is cooking bacon. They get plates and glasses and put juice on the table. When everything is ready, they all sit down and start eating making light conversation)

Iwaizumi: So Shoyo.

Shoyo: Hmm?

Iwaizumi: Tell us about the tattoo on your back.

Shoyo: (sighs and puts down his fork) I am known as Ninja Shoyo in Brazil. They say I look like I'm flying when I play volleyball and I was known for playing beach volleyball late at night in the moonlight. Thus the ninja, the birds, and the moon. (shrugs) I found it fitting.

Maki: I think it's very well done.

(Shoyo smiles softly at Maki)

Oikawa: So are we going to pretend nothing happened last night? That you weren't fucking two of my friends?

Shoyo: (looks at Oikawa) Technically, I was only fucking one of them. The other was fucking me.

Oikawa: You know what I mean, Shoyo.

Shoyo: Look, Ruru. I understand that you have your friends' best interests at heart, and you're worried about them. What happened last night was consensual and has absolutely nothing to do with you. You've stated your concerns. We acknowledge that. We understand that. But you have no right to come at me like this.

Iwaizumi: Sho, I don't think he's coming at just you-

Shoyo: (looks at Iwaizumi) That's exactly what he's doing, Haji. I am the only one he's attacking. He has a bias against me because of rumors he heard from the tabloids. He is only directing this conversation at me. He has yet to even look at Matsun or Maki. (Shoyo pushes his chair back and stands up to take his dishes to the sink) I'm going to Tokyo today. I'll be back late tonight.

Oikawa: Are you going to see them? After what you three did last night?

Shoyo: (looks at Iwaizumi) See what I mean? (turns to face Oikawa) Yes, Ruru. I am going to see them. Despite us ending things, Kenma is still my sponsor and my best friend. I was going to talk to him about the Professional teams in Japan. It's just business. You know we ended things between us. You know the reason why we ended it. Why are you still hung up on this? Now if you'll excuse me. I need to get dressed.

(Shoyo walks upstairs and goes through his luggage to find a suitable outfit for the meeting today. He looks up when he hears his bedroom door open to see Maki and Matsun enter)

Matsun: Do you have time to talk before you leave?

Shoyo: Sure. What's on your mind?

Maki: We wanted to talk about adding you to our relationship as our third. We have great chemistry and dynamic. We want to explore where this could go.
