"There's no use, Yuna" Ki Chul speaks up as her friend tries and struggles to unknot the rope for the nth time that night, the pressure leaving marks on her wrists.
Yuna groaned. "If only this chair was wooden, then we would have been out of here earlier"
"What, did you learn that in spy school?"
Yuna stops in her movements as she hears those words from Ki Chul, who was clearly still mad about it. "I'm sorry-"
"I know you are" Ki Chul glances at her friend. "I just don't understand why you didn't tell me. I told you everything about me. Heck, only you among the other girls know about my mom, my relation to the boys, and even my training. Is it so hard to tell me this one thing?"
"I... I didn't know.. if I was allowed to"
"What's that supposed to mean?"
Yuna heaved a deep sigh, deciding to finally tell Ki Chul everything. "In our household, its the unnies who make the rules, and I just follow it all as the youngest. We agreed since the very start not to tell you, and I just couldn't break that rule even after knowing everything about you. It just felt like I would be betraying them."
Ki Chul stared at her in empathy. "But don't you also feel like betraying them as you date Kai?"
Yuna let out an airy laugh and shrugged. "I guess love is something that you'll be willing to risk everything to make it happen, huh?"
Ki Chul lightly chuckled, relating well with what Yuna said.
Yuna again let out a deep sigh. "This is all my fault"
Ki Chul looked at her confused. "What do you mean?"
"You know, the unnies actually don't let me train with them" she blurted out, making Ki Chul shocked. "They say I'm too young for it. I'm always that one behind the computer while all four of them are out there in the field. They kept babying me that I got sick of it... and trained myself in secret... behind their backs."
"And I thought you were the one who sticks with all the rules" Ki Chul chuckled softly only to be confused again. "But, how is this your fault then?"
