Max woke up at three in the morning.It was pretty dark so he couldn't see much,but he did notice that mr.Honey nuts wasn't near him.

where did it go?did it fall?

Max checked under the bed,near the bed,on the bed but it wasn't there,weird.He got up and looked for mr.honeynuts around the tent to see if maybe he misplaced it or something- but max couldn't find it so he decided to check David n Gwen's cabin to see if David took it and did something to it like try to "fix" it.

when he left his (and neils) tent he saw a dark figure in front of the tent.He was a bit spooked but then thought it was the Quartermaster killing someone or stalking someone,but when he got closer he saw that the shadowy figure was....Neil?

Max was too shocked to process it and just said "neil...?".When he said that neil looked over at him and then looked somewhere else and then ran away.Max didn't understand what just happened but he decided to run after Neil.He ran far and he stopped for a moment to breathe but Neil was still running.Max continued running after him and then he noticed that he was in the forest.

Max yelled "WAIT!NEIL!WHERE ARE YO-"he stopped talking because he tripped,fell down and hit his head on the ground and felt like he was going to die even tho he knew it wasn't that serious.When he sat up Neil was obviously gone.

where did he go?? why did he run away from me??what did he want to do??where was he going??was he scared of me? does he...hate me..?

Max was too busy thinking that he didn't realise that someone was right in front of him.He couldn't see exactly who it was because it was so dark.After a few seconds his eyes got used to the dark and saw who it was.David.

"Max....why aren't you in your bed?"David sounded a bit angry but also concerned at the same time. Max didn't reply and just sat in silence.David looked around and then picked max up to go to his cabin,and max didn't really complain because he was so tired.

When they got to the councillor cabin David put Max down on his bed and went to go look for something.Max was too confused to process what just happened.He was scared of what David was gonna do.

After a few minutes of silent thinking,David came back with a first aid kit and sat down next to Max. "so....what happened to you?why were you outside at three in the morning?are you okay?"

That last question rubbed him the wrong way.He didn't want to answer but seems like he had no choice."i don't know"

David grabbed some bandages from the first aid kit and put on max's head cuz apparently he was bleeding but he didn't notice it.After a few minutes he was ready to leave,he got up and went over to the door before David stopped him.

"Max,you can tell me anything!i just want to make sure that you're okay,and i wont be mad if-" before he could finish his sentence Max left.Max ran quickly back to his tent.

When he came back Neil was there,sleeping on his bed but mr.honeynuts was still missing.He was too tired to look for it so he just went back to bed.

i'll look for him- uh- it tomorrow

The next day when Max woke up he saw that Neil was gone.He thought that maybe he(neil) left early or something or maybe he(max) woke up a bit late,or maybe both.
