I paced the living room in anticipation. When Foggy came over he immediately took my phone and began to track down Matt. He used the last message he sent to track the last location Matt was at. I guess lawyers are good at that kind of thing. Or that Foggy learned it in order to keep better track of his friend.
Once Foggy had got the location he took off with a cuss word on his lips. I stayed behind and waited for him to come back. Or call for help. With all the drugs that were still leaving my body, being Spiderman won't help anyone.
The front door opened with two bodies rushing in. I quickly ran over and saw Foggy holding Matt up. Wordlessly, Foggy placed Matt on the couch and pulled off his glasses. Matt's dead stare caused my heart to stop.
"Did they do anything? You okay Matt?" Foggy questioned as he quickly looked over the other.
"Nah, they didn't have the chance." Matt replied with a smile. "They kinda suck at the whole kidnapping thing. Their boss didn't even show up."
Foggy deeply frowned, "That's suspicious. Did they say anything to you? About anything?"
Matt shook his head, "It was probably a sting of sorts. But I'll keep a look out from now on. No one will believe that a blind man is Daredevil anyways."
Foggy sighed but didn't press further, "If that's what you want. I'm going to take a look around outside. See if anyone weird is out there." I watched as Foggy left the apartment and gently closed the door behind him.
I sat down next to Matt on the couch and reached over to touch the bruise that was forming on his face. "Was that them?" I asked as I searched for more injuries.
He gently pulled my hands away and held them, "I'm fine Peter." He smiled, "I don't think that had the training to really do anything to me." A pause, "Are you okay? I'm sorry for worrying you."
"No, it's fine. Not your fault." I said staring at his face. He was just so beautiful.
"Did you eat? We can get take out." Matt said. Instead of replying, I pulled his face against mine and pressed our mouths together. Matt immediately held my face in his face as he kissed back. I straddled his lap as we kissed deeper.
I ran my hands over his chest as we finally broke apart. Our heavy breaths in sync with each other. Matt gave me a boyish smile as he laughed, I stared at him in amazement.
