OPM but Without OPM

The Beginning.

It was a rather peaceful day.. Everyone was off to their work and daily routines. There was also a very "anonymous" lookin man who was goin somewhere.

BOOM!

Then suddenly a huge and loud explosion occured amidst the everyday life of the citizens of A - City. This explosion was soon followed by a couple of other explosions of the same magnitude.

This news quickly came into the information of the esteemed 'Supers association'. It was a special association, which was formed not for the purpose of profits but for the purpose of utter and absolute social service.

This association had made various classifications as 'Threat Levels' for the various threats that it faced to protect humanity.

This particular mysterious being was labeled by the assosciation as threat level - Dragon[threat to multiple cities]. Dragons were rare.. but were extremely destructive for the same reason. There were some low rank heroes present in the visinity of the disaster but were extremely outclassed and defeated. As a result the S.A. ordered their highest of the highest ranked hero that they had at their disposal i.e. S2 'Terrible tornado'

to dispose of the threat but before the OP hero could even approach the threat, an explosion occurs which was dofferent from the monster's. When tatsumaki approached the affected area, she found a blonde tall man with three long vertical scars around his left eye standing in the middle of the wrekage "menacingly"...His clothes were covered with the monster's blood and he was holding a little girl who was unconcious. Tatsumaki felt strangely impresed and attracted to this man. She had never felt like this with any other hero other than S1 Blast[her guardian figure].

For some strange reason she didn't want him to notice her, so she quickly headed back to the SA HQ to report. The SA employees and staff started raining thank you's and well done's but she didn't respond, instead she started blushing and ignored everyone present there. It was only when Sitch[executive of SA] asked did she finally told the truth. Sitch immediately started searching for "that man" and he was half sucessful because of that man's anonymous nature. But in Sitch's mind, one thing was for sure.. that this man's feat was easily S class level!

What happened at the attack site :

The "anonymous" man who was going somewhere in A city was startled due to the explosion. He started sprinting away from the eplosion but wherever he went the explosions followed. So in the end, he had to give up running was working on hiding. As the dust cleared and the explosions stopped, he tried to peek through the debree he was hiding behind to atleast make some sense of the situation. As the silence settled in he spotted the exact cause of all this. He saw a purplish lookin humanoid monster standing still in the destruction caused by it. It almost looked like he was cherishing it. He was scared, yes but he was more shocked than scared at seeing this unholy sight. Once his focus on this scene became more intense, he saw unconcious Heroes laying around this entity. Once he saw this, he realised how hopeless his situation actually was. There were no heroes nearby because this being defeated them all.

Now all he could do was wait and pray that this being doesn't notice him. But as he was in between the process of trying to properly hide, he accidently made some rocks fall, which drew this beings attention towards his location. As a result, the myesterious creature started slowly approaching the suspicious noise. Due to this, the fella in "incognito" started hyperventilating. But just as he was about to be found out, the monster stopped midway because there could be heard a child crying very near them.

As they both looked at the direction, the monster in hate and sadism, and the incognito guy in terror. There came struggling out of the debree a little girl crying for her parents.

This was like the incognito guy's worst nightmare, as there was no way in hell he would see this monster murder a liitle girl.

but what could he do? he wasn't strong, he was literally just an average guy who was on his way to somewhere average. To his absolute horror, the moster started slowly approaching the little crying girl.

At this point the incognito guy had two options; one, to just watch or two, to act. and he had to choose fast!

But as he was in the process of choosing.., His heart started beating so loudly that it anyway alearted the monster his location.

So, with his location exposed, there was only one option.. to buy time.

He stood up straight from his position, threw away his incognito outfit. Revealing his shoulder length, slicked back blonde hair, three long vertical scars on his left eye. And stood in the most passive aggresive posture the moster has ever seen..

The moment the blondie popped out of his spot along with his thunderously loud thumping, the monster got startled and stopped midway in closing his huge hand on the poor little child.
