A medical intern, now a doctor. She lost her mother at an early age which made her full of rage and hatred toward her loving sister Akshara. Even worse happened, when her first and only love Abhimanyu, instead loved Akshara and broke his marriage with Aarohi. But after this, she did get the fruit of some of her bad deeds in the form of hatred from the only ones she loved, her family Akshara and Abhimanyu convinced their respective families to get them married and..... Aarohi convinced herself to bury her pain deep down

Neil Birla (main lead)
The CEO of Birla Gaming Company. He is the adopted brother of Abhimanyu Birla. He loves his brother a lot and did all that he could to break Abhimanyu and Aarohi's marriage because he knew that his brother loved someone else. He always faced the fury of his 'so-called' father because he never accepted Neil as his son. But he never expressed his grief and tyranny to his brother because he always wished for Abhimanyu's happy life

Abhimanyu Birla(supporting character)
He is Neil's big brother, head cardiologist in the Birla hospital, and madly in love with Akshara

Akshara Goenka(supporting character)
She is Aarohi's sister and indeed loves her a lot but is extra emotional and everybody sympathizes with her because of this trait of hers. She indeed loves Abhimanyu but confessed at the last moment resulting in Aarohi's broken marriage and heart.
