"Good evening, lovebirds!" LIlian shouted, waking the two up. "What would you need at this hour?" Mark said, squinting as he sat up. "I ordered pizza but I need some money." She said hiding their hands behind her back, grinning. "My wallets in my nightstand." Mark responded laying back down letting Y/N spoon him again. "Thank you my brother dearest!" They said as they rushed out of the room. "Save some for me!" He shouted as she left.

"Mark, we should get up, you haven't eaten anything." Y/N said as they stopped cuddling him and shifted in a position where they could sit up. Mark sighed at the loss of touch and sat up with Y/N too. "Fine, I've been craving pizza anyways." Mark said as the two left his room going downstairs.

"Did you get pepperoni?" Mark immediately asked Lily as he walked down into the living room where Lily was watching a movie. "Yeah it's in the other box," Lily said, still staring at the TV. "Thanks," Mark said as he reached for the box.

Once the two were done eating they cleaned up the living room and went back upstairs.

"Come on, Y/N." Mark said halfway up the stairs gesturing to them. "Ok!" Y/N said rushing up after him.

Once the two entered his room they both flopped back on the bed staring at the ceiling. Leaving each other in silence to get lost in their thoughts. The two were close but yet so far from each other, they may have slept in the same bed together, danced together, laughed together, but they knew nothing about each other. Mark had so many secrets, so many unspoken words, so much pain and anger locked inside of him. Y/N had many secrets too but none they didn't even know what they were, they were not what you thought they were. Something about them felt too real, but how were they supposed to tell? No matter how real it felt, how real they felt, they were still a useless mindless lifeless AI. Begging to find something to live for, a sign of hope.

(Time skip by a week brought to you by lavender boo)

The whole rest of the week they had been playing board games, cleaning, waiting for Mark's streams to end and just laying in bed.

The two were just sitting in bed facing away from each other in a comfortable silence as they dully looked around the room looking for something to do. They had a very boring monotonous week waiting for Mark's mom to come back. His dad won't be back for another month.

"I'm home!" "And I brought a few friends with me!" Mark's mom yelled from downstairs making us both jump. (This parts are gonna be cringey but I wanted to add them to the story fast for plot reasons) The three rushed downstairs to see who she was talking about. "Hi Mark!" An unknown voice greeted him. Mark's eyes were filled with happiness as he was slightly crying when he saw these people. Lily ran to her mom as Mark ran to these unknown people leaving them behind. I stood there with a blank expression not knowing what to do. They silently walked back upstairs, their head hanging low knowing that Mark didn't need them at the time.

"Who's that!" A loud obnoxious voice yelled, making them turn around to see a blonde boy pointing at them with a disgusted face. "Are you a woman?" He asked them, yelling again. They didn't answer and continued walking upstairs to Mark's room. "How dare you not answer me!" He yelled again, getting a laugh from Mark and the other unknown boy.

"But seriously who is that?" A more softer voice asked. "Ah they're my sister's friend."

Am I that embarrassing he can't even be by my side proud and say I'm his friend? What have I been doing wrong? Am I not a good friend? What's my purpose if he doesn't even like me? Why was I created for this? Was I created just to hurt?

They entered Lily's room instead, not wanting to face the new boys. Lily's room had green walls and posters of Cavetown, her bedsheets were white and she had a bee plush lying on top of her bed. They had a drawing desk and butterfly curtains. In her closet she mostly had coquette clothes. Her room had a soft cinnamon scent from the candles decorating her floating book shelves. She also had a vanity with perfume, lip gloss, chapstick, and eyeliner. They also had a lesbian pride flag hanging over her bed.
