🦋Chapter 11: My little secret🦋

I gave a sigh and looked at the empty corridors with poorly lighted light. It was dark and today I heard it was going to rain, no wonder the outside is so dark but the corridors aren't poorly lighted most of the time. (Whatever maybe the lights aren't working?)

A lot of stuff has recently happend like Ikonik and I ignoring each other even more after well 'the incident'. (Why did I have to screw up things even more?!) I felt like I made things even more awkward and worst as they are which made me upset but I tried getting over it. 

The thing that made me forget about it most of time is well someone new that I might actually have a chance with, Sanctum. Sanctum recently has been talking to me a lot more often even walking me to my classes and inviting me to eat out with him. But I can't eat out with him since my parents are so annoying about "boys."

It's like the word boys is a disease to them and they don't want me to ever bring up that I have a boyfriend or I want to get one so I hid Sanctum a secret from them. He is my little secret..

Since they always check my phone, I always put Sanctum as a girl's name or something for it won't look so obvious that I am talking to a guy. The only reason why they let me study with Ikonik because they saw how wealthy his parents are and how well known they are.

I really feel like I should get over Ikonik. Anyways it's not like I have a chance with a rich footballer douchebag that keeps avoiding me. Just having the thought of him made me want to roll my eyes, I'm so done trying with him.

I continued walking just thinking about my thoughts on Sanctum and Ikonik. I just mainly went on a whole rant with Ikonik in my mind on how rude of a guy he is? And how Sanctum is so sweet and kind so I should try and confess to him before it's too late.

Just thinking about his his silky white hair, his bright Ruby eyes, his unique smooth purple skin, and attractively fit body made me want to blush on how attractive his features are. Way better than Ikonik's features to be exact..

From the end of the dark hallway, I was walking in, I saw the famous Brite Bomber with her Blondie boyfriend. (Get together already geez..) Yes, I was mad at her but I told her I was sorry and I shouldn't of screamed at her like that and all was forgiven.

It looked like they were both chilling on the floor showing each other what seems videos or photos (so cute!). They were actually really close to each other almost holding hands. (Jesus.. make your move, Brite!) Also by the looks of it, she is wearing his pink sweater. (SHIP!)

Her eyes turned bright when she saw me and waved at me. "Hey Crystal! By the way Sanctum is going to come right now and he told me to tell you good morning." She cheerfully spoke.

"Oh ok! Uhm-" I pointed at "her" sweater and her cheeks went to a slight tint of pink. "Thanks for letting me know.." I responded.

But my heart instantly felt so warm knowing that Sanctum actually told me good morning! He actually cares about me and said morning! Oh lord I'm going to die after fan girling over this vampire..

Drift gave a yawn. "Yeah she is wearing my sweater because she loves the smell of the cologne.." he casually mumbled with a small laugh at the end.

She looked at him and playfully hit his shoulder. "No, I don't like your stinky cologne! That's not true! You told me to put on your sweater just because Ikonik gave me his!" She retorted. "Plus I looovee Ikonik's cologne! It smells so much better!" She sarcastically added.

He then grabbed Ikonik's sweater and started spraying his own cologne on it. "There! Smells even better now! But my sweater looks way better than his black one.. right?" He gave her a little evil smirk and she just scuffed in response.

{30 minutes later}

What felt like forever of arguing about cologne, I saw the mysterious vampire walking towards me with a smile on his face.

"Whatever you win!" Brite annoyingly responded. "I- I think your cologne is the best.."

"Good girl.." Drift responded with a smirk plastered on his face.

I turned to look at Brite and her face had a tint of pink slashed across her face after what Drift said. Wonder what she thought about him calling her "good girl" since she does have some thoughts about him. Can't imagine what she is thinking right now.. (don't ask me how I found out.)

Then I turned my attention back to the handsome purple vampire walking towards me. "Hey Crystal!" He spoke with a very sleepy deep voice (which made him sound very attractive).

I felt myself slightly blush but I waved at him. I want to tell him I like him but I'm too scared to tell him I like him.. how am I going to do this. Right! The Halloween dance, how could I forget!

Just the thought of taking him to the dance made me flush in excitement maybe he will say yes?

Brite gave me a soft smile like she knew what I was thinking and turned back to look at him. "Hey Sanctum! By the way did you bring the goods? I have money and I would like to buy you food!" She happily chortled.

Sanctum gave a slight chuckle and his red eyes looked at mine which made my heart beat go faster but I looked away looking at the cold stone wall. Why was I so nervous looking at him? It's not like me to be so nervous around guys because we'll I'm not like that.

His red eyes than turned to look at Brite. "Yes I brought it. I got brownies, zebra cakes, chips and stuff. What would you like?" He responded to her.

"I would like a brownie. It's a dollar right?" She chirped as she looked for her money in her backpack.

He nodded.

Drift then took out his money and handed it to him. "Make that two. Don't worry Brite, I'll pay for it since I'm so nice."

Her face went to a slight tint of pink and she smiled. "Thanks.."

Alrighty I'm sorry about the super short chapter forgive me but I've been busy n stuff so yeah.. but I'll come out on a better chapter I promise you guys that :) anyways this is just a small pov for Crystal ya know cuz I like giving side characters "screen time" lmao if that's what u call it! Anyways happy Friday my lovelies 🥰
