"You watched Titanic right? Roseanne?"
The words flew as the man kept on driving with a very serious face, earning a perplexed look from the North Korean agent at the same time.
"Titanic?" She asked, furrowing her eyebrows at the weird question.
"Yes Titanic." He muttered. "And do you know the famous dialogue from the Titanic?" Jungkook flashed a slight smile before settling his eyes firmly onto the road.
He was planning for Roseanne to escape first because the gasoline in the vehicle's fuel tank could result in the car's explosion to be even more powerful.
He and agent Park Roseanne, both knew that the explosion could eventually disperse and ignite the fuel.
Consequently, ending them up as a burned carcass.
"I am the king of the world?" Roseanne uttered, reminiscing the time when she watched Titanic alone with her soulful tears.
"No." He immediately replied.
"You jump, and I jump.." Jungkook continued, indicating for the North Korean agent to jump first, which Roseanne immediately understood.
The only thing he could do right now was to make one person escape and take the car as far as possible.
The rough estimate of the two people escaping the car at the same time was hardly possible. And Jungkook knew that escaping the car together was clearly unattainable, he was truthfully stated out the fact.
"What? No!" Furiously glancing at the suggestion made the South Korean agent. Roseanne yelled in extreme displeasure, while never taking her eyes off the Jeon.
"Roseanne, just jump.. okay? Don't worry about me," The clock was literally ticking very fast, and they only had some few minutes to reach the river.
"No! How can you even think of that ... I am not leaving without you!"
"Patricia! Don't be stupid.. we both know that we cannot escape together. It will just take some mere seconds for the car to crash, and both of us will end up being killed by the explosion!! Just listen to me— It is not just a mini explosion you know.." Jungkook argued, clearly irritated by the agent who was being very persistent.
"Don't explain me what I already know.."
"Roseanne.. jump okay? Please.. one person living is better than two person dying... I will be fine I promise."
"No!"
"Roseanne please...just listen to me this once—,"
"Jeon, I fucking told you already.. I am NOT fucking leaving without you! Just shut your mouth already! I beg you!" She immediately silenced him right before escaping a deep sigh.
She wasn't taught to leave a comrade behind.
No army is taught to leave their comrade behind.
She was literally not planning to leave Jungkook. And clearly not, when Jungkook had become a very special person in her life.
It was the first time she had ever experienced the real fear in her heart. She just closed her eyes as she tried hard— not to let the fear consume her.
Was it because of dying? Or was it because of the fear of losing someone you have actually learned to love?
Roseanne was literally begging the gods above to show them some light. All she could see was the darkness consuming her mind.
"Save yourself or die."
And behind those closed lids of hers, it was even darker when the choice given to her suddenly appeared.
Her eyes were barely resisting the tears.
God please.
If that is the choice that you are offering to me.
Then, I choose to die.
If that is your will.
Then, I am not willing to go and save myself.
"Roseanne.. please go.." Jungkook's faint voice hopefully implored. "We don't have much time, just save yourself,"
I have never asked anything from you.
But I am begging on my knees today.
If you may have to save a person, then let the person be the one who is trying to save me.
Please save him.
Save Jungkook.
As soon as she opened her eyes, her phone suddenly beeped with a message that she had been texting.

With whom Jungkook had initially thought it had been, it was clearly not the NIS agency that agent Park Roseanne was seemingly alerting. It wasn't from the North Korean agency either. It was just part of her secrets.

Roseanne was pissed. Her eyes clearly showed rage as extreme hate engraved her heart.
