Your limitations did not stop you from making friends, however. You were very close with Ren from team JNPR, because he was a very kindhearted person who appreciated the peace and quiet that being with you tended to bring. And although it would seem like you wouldn't get along with Nora very well, considering she's almost the polar opposite of you, always being super energetic and talkative, you enjoyed her company as well. You considered yourself friends with Jaune, Pyrrha, Ruby, Blake, and Yang, too, but the person who meant the most to you in the entire world was your girlfriend, Weiss Schnee. She was the most beautiful, intelligent, confident, and overall amazing girl you'd ever met, and you were hopelessly in love. Since the day you met her, you'd had a crush, and you finally managed to work up the courage to ask her out two months ago. To your immense surprise and joy, she not only said 'yes,' but she also said that she had been planning on asking you out!
Needless to say, these last two months have been the greatest of your life. Weiss and you professed your love for each other, and you have hardly spent a moment apart. You were one of the only people who Weiss let down her walls around, and you couldn't feel more honored or lucky than you do. You'd even began teaching her sign language after she expressed interest in learning it. Today was your two-month anniversary, a milestone that most couples would probably celebrate with a laugh and a kiss, but you had special plans.
Story Begins
You cheerfully walked down the hallway leading to team RWBY's dorm. You were holding a box of chocolates in one hand, and your scroll with your other. You almost always carried your scroll with you, because it was your main form of communication. As you began to approach Weiss's room, you stopped and texted your beloved girlfriend.
(Y/N): Hey are you alone in your room right now?
(Y/N): No reason...
She never replied so you looked up and saw Weiss standing right in front of you, with the door to team RWBY's dorm open behind her. She had her arms crossed, but you could see the hint of a smile peeking through her forced scowl. A huge grin appeared on your face as you happily tapped on your scroll.
(Y/N): Weiss! There's my beautiful snowflake!
You showed her what you typed instead of actually sending it to her, and the heiress blushed slightly at your use of her nickname. You then remembered that you had a gift for her. You quickly stuffed your scroll in your pocket, and offered the box of chocolates to your gorgeous girlfriend. That was when her smile finally overtook the faux unhappiness displayed on her face. She pulled you into a kiss, which you gladly returned. As always, when your lips met Weiss's, your entire being felt at peace. The world was a very complex and dangerous place, but when you were with Weiss, you knew that everything was going to be okay. You lovingly wrapped your arms around her waist, and when the need for oxygen finally forced you to separate and breath, you still held her close to you.
"I love you, (Y/N)." Weiss whispered into your ear, resting her head on your shoulder. Obviously, you couldn't respond without breaking the embrace to pull out your scroll, which you definitely didn't want to do, so you just smiled and gave your girlfriend a peck on the cheek to remind her that you wholeheartedly felt the same. After a few seconds, you begrudgingly let go of each other, and Weiss invited you into her room. You sat next to her on her bed as she put the chocolate box into her drawer, and you pulled out your scroll.
(Y/N): Would you like to go out to dinner to celebrate our two-month anniversary?
You showed her what you wrote, and smiled as she read it. She looked into your eyes, and noticing the genuine happiness that you exuded, said "I'd love to, (Y/N)." Then, she thought for a second, and hastily added "But it'd better be someplace nice!" You silently laughed, and, this time using sign language, told her not to worry. As if you'd take your snowflake to some dumpy restaurant!
