Ugh! I'm late again! Why can't school work around my WattPad schedule? I mean, my fans are more important! I thought as I ran through the front doors of my school. I had less than five minutes to get to my locker, grab my phone, talk to Miranda, and get to class. "I can do this!" I randomly shouted.
"And I thought you couldn't get any more random," I heard someone say from behind me.
"Ha ha," I said. "I was just thinking about everything I have to do in five minutes. I can mark off talking to you," I said as we reached my locker. "And putting my things in my locker and grabbing my phone," I said as I grabbed my phone.
"Cool... Anyway, why do you ship Yugi and Yami? I mean, Yugi's this complete loner, and Yami's... well, Yami's Yami..." Miranda said.
"Yeah, I know... But I can picture it. Just like I picture Ryou and Bakura," I said, slamming my locker shut.
"Dang~ You don't have to slam the locker, you know," she said.
"Sorry... I have to catch up to Yami. And Yugi... Maybe my ship will come true. After all, I shipped Marik with Malik, Joey with Kaiba, and Ryou with Bakura, and they all came true," I yelled behind me as I ran towards Yami.
~~~~
"Whoa, Stace... You should really slow down. You nearly killed me..." my friend Yami said two minutes later.
"Sorry, Yami. We have to get to home room in three minutes, and it's all the way across the school," I said.
"Thanks for reminding me, Stacy! You have no clue how much Mrs. Houng hates me!" Yami said before running down the hall.
I, of course, started running fast enough to catch up to him. "Yes, I do. She hates me just as much. We have to go now," I said, running past him and into the 10th grade math classroom. Yami made it into class right before the bell. We were both gasping for breath.
"Hey, you alright?" my friend Yugi asked from behind me. I turned around and crossed my legs.
"Yeah, I'm fine. I just had to run if I value my life-and future career." I said in between breaths.
"You got another dress?" he asked.
I looked down. Oh, yeah! I totally forgot I'm wearing a dress. He's the first to have noticed.
"Yeah, you're the first to notice, actually. I totally forgot about it."
"Well, you do wear a new dress just about every day. I'm pretty sure everyone got used to it. Remind me how your family can afford so many dresses for you," Yugi commented.
I laughed. "Okay, so my mom's an actress, and my dad's a director. My grandma's a retired actress, and my other grandma's an author. My grandpas are... I forgot what they are, to be honest," I replied before the teacher banged the stick thingy on her desk.
"Class, today we will be learning about..." and by then, I drowned out everything she was saying and took out my phone.
Yugi walked into the building. When he saw Yami, he ran up to him and gave him a hug. "Hey there, Aibou. How was your weekend?" Yami asked.
"Good, and how was yours?" Yugi asked.
I smiled at my work. Perfect... I so can't wait until Yugi reads this... I am so happy he got a WattPad account. He also follows my alternative account! And so did Yami- follow my alternative account, I mean.
"Stacy! Stacy, stop daydreaming! The bell rang!" Yugi yelled.
"Wah? I was not daydreaming! I was writing!" I yelled as we walked out of the classroom.
"And when you write, you daydream. Anyway, who do you ship me with?" he asked.
I smiled. "No one."
"Oh, come on!"
"Nope!"
"Please??"
"NEVER IN A MILLION YEARS!!"
"PLEEEEASE?!"
"YOU'LL KILL ME!!!!"
"NO I WON'T!!"
"YES YOU WILL!" I yelled before running to my second period class.
