*Kurai, Kakudai, Uzu, and Mika prepare to depart for the leaf village. They gather their belongings, including Mika's clothes and other essentials, which she packs into her bag. While they are getting ready, Uzu glances up at the sky and notices that it has begun to rain. Kakudai expresses uncertainty about whether they should leave in such weather conditions, but Mika offers a solution by presenting raincoats. She distributes one to each of them and they set out on their journey.*

*Transition Shiroi, Jūden, and the Anbu in a cave*

*In a cave, they had been waiting for the rain to stop. Jūden ventured deeper into the cave to confront Shiroi while he observed the raindrops falling. Approaching Shiroi, Jūden stated, "you know she misses you," to which Shiroi simply smiled and acknowledged. Jūden asked why Shiroi had been absent from the village for so long, but Shiroi refused to answer, stating that he had been occupied with high-rank missions. An Anbu member arrived and informed Jūden that they should depart as it seemed the rain wouldn't stop. Jūden agreed and exited the cave, turning back to ask Shiroi if he would return. Shiroi laughed and agreed, but mentioned he needed to do something first. The group left, walking in the rain back to the village.*

*Transition to Zumo*

*Zumo and Sasuke emerged from the portal and returned to the Village. Zumo was panting and wiping his face while Sasuke inquired about his well-being. Zumo responded that he was fatigued and wanted to go home. Sasuke agreed and informed him that this would be his last mission for a while due to the high stakes of Otsutsuki drugs, which would require him to travel across the world and dimensions. Zumo looked dismayed and coughed while Sasuke smiled and bid him farewell before summoning a portal to depart.

Zumo's legs trembled like swaying flowers as he collapsed onto the floor. Later, when he arrived at his house, he saw Konasa cooking for him. She hugged him and asked him about his mission. Zumo sat on the couch and said that it was easy. Konasa jumped on him and kissed him, but he suddenly felt like vomiting and rushed to the bathroom. Konasa was thrown off onto the ground as Zumo made his way to the bathroom. She asked him if he was alright, and he replied that he felt ill.*

*Flashbacks to Yamoshi having Otsutsuki DNA*

Yamoshi inserted the DNA into his arm, but soon after he experienced pain and sickness. Desperate to find a cure, he began sweating and panting as he searched for a solution. Eventually, he remembered a medical technique he had learned and combined it with his sage mode to heal himself. Through meditation and Medical Ninjutsu, he changed his chakra nature, allowing him to cure the illness caused by the drug. It's important to note that this did not grant him immunity to all illnesses or make him immortal, but merely protected him from the specific disease caused by the drug.*

*Transition to Uzu, Kurai, Kakudai, and Mika*

*As they strolled along a path that was a little distant from the village, Mika approached the boys and inquired about the Leaf's condition. The boys responded with a grin, stating that it was a pleasant place with friendly people like themselves. Mika smiled, taking in the information she had just received. Kurai then questioned Mika about her reason for visiting the Leaf, to which she replied that she wanted to improve her medical Ninjutsu skills for her own village. Kurai suggested that she stay in the Leaf due to the limited number of medical ninjas, but Mika declined, stating that she preferred to remain loyal to her village. As they approached a small cliff, the wind picked up, causing the trees to sway. Kakudai leaped onto a nearby tree and spotted the six stone faces. "We've arrived, guys!" exclaimed Kakudai.*

*At the Village*

*Upon arriving at the village, Jūden and the Anbu team brought the crate containing the tailed beast to the Hokage office as per Jūden's orders. Ciruka was asked to report what happened, and shortly after, Kurai, Uzu, and Kakudai arrived with Mika. Jūden was surprised to see her and jokingly asked, "Who's this? I didn't know y'all went to a strip club." Kakudai explained that they had gone on a mission and that Mika had expressed interest in receiving medical Ninjutsu training in the Leaf. Jūden introduced himself to Mika, and Uzu's disgusted expression quickly dampened the mood. He interrupted and asked, "Hey, have you seen Shiroi?" Jūden informed them that he had met Shiroi while on his mission and that he was expected to return later that day. Kakudai mentioned that it had been a while since they had seen Shiroi, and Kurai speculated that he was probably busy.*

*As they conversed, Amiri approached them and offered a greeting. Mika had a hunch that Amiri was Shiroi's girlfriend. Jūden informed Mika that Shiroi would be arriving shortly, but Mika was not thrilled by this news since Shiroi had made similar promises in the past without following through. Mika stated that she would be spending time with her friends instead. The group looked at each other, each with their own emotions. Uzu, however, was not pleased and declared that he would be at the Hokage office to file the report about their mission.*

*Transition to Shiroi*

*Shiroi strolls into the village, taking in the pleasant breeze and the aroma of the food wafting through the air. As he reaches a building, he clambers up to the rooftop to observe the stone faces. Settling down, he reflects on Sasuke's words during his trip back with Mika's brother.*

*Shiroi's memory*

*Shiroi in a tree watching the rain fall, Sasuke's portal opens up and he walks straight through it. Shiroi jumps down and daps up his uncle, Sasuke talks to Shiroi about his absence from the village, Shiroi talks about his problems and his stress, he says he doesn't know what to do what if he made a kid and he gets the same problems as him. Sasuke seriously looks at Shiroi and taps his shoulder, "I wanted to tell you this but I've been holding it in, Shiroi... I dont want you to have children, the reason being the village wants you to make children with someone and create a new clan in the village. The problem is this would create a new Uchiha clan and would be a cycle of Uchiha hatred and power all over again." Sasuke explained.

Shiroi took in all the information and presented a confident demeanor about the situation, knowing that it was the right thing to do for the world and the village. However, he couldn't help but feel that he would never be able to see a future with his own children. He turned to Sasuke and expressed his gratitude for everything he had done. Sasuke smiled and advised Shiroi to change his attitude and not let the stress get to him. He encouraged him to focus on himself and not allow any weaknesses to take hold in his mind. Sasuke explained his own mental state to Shiroi in order to help him become stronger. With Sasuke's words ringing in his ears, Shiroi resolved to adopt a more positive mindset and strive to be more uplifting and less prone to getting upset or depressed.
