Since 2019, CEO and Founder Androsky Lugo has served as a founding partner in the Southern California-based Framing Futures Architectural Firm (FFAF). Lugo, as the firm's founding partner, is in charge of the day-to-day workflow and design processes for the firm's several current projects. He works with the board of directors' executive team to introduce newly qualified architects to plan, coordinate, and design cutting-edge commercial and public structures for customers using talents anchored in modern architectural engineering basics.
Androsky Lugo worked as a Senior Architect for Parkins and Rhodon in New York and Ferrell Architects in San Francisco before creating FFAF. Lugo previously worked with Macaby and Roy for five years as a Senior Architectural Design Strategist before becoming a Senior Architect in 2008. Lugo also worked as a Project Architect in Albany, NY, for a company started by his father in 1990, after completing an internship with the company. Lugo worked as a business consultant for a small business development agency in NYC before joining his father's organization in 2002.
