"Do I really need to go there?" I asked the school principal.
"Ms. Sano as a teacher one of your job is to check you student" He said while fixing some papers in his desk.
"But it's already late, maybe I'll just go there tomorrow" I said.
"Ms. Sano please don't let me repeat what I said, you should go there now before I get mad" he said.
"Okay okay, I'll go now" I said then leaved his office, to be honest I'm okay going to Takanaba's house but tonight is my ex- classmate/friend engagement party, maybe to other people it's just a party but it's my ex-boyfriend engagement party sa totoo lang ayuko talaga pumunta dahil exfriend and ex-boyfriend yung ikakasal pero ayuko naman mag mukang tutol ako sa kanila at isipin nila na hindi pa ako nakakamove on.
"Hello po" pag bati ko sa taxi driver na huminto sa harap ko.
"maganda gabe ma'am, saan po tayo?" tanong nito sa akin.
"pababa na lang po ako dyan sa *****" Sabe ko sabay upo sa loob pero pag tingin ko kay manong driver biglang nanlaki yung mata nito.
"ano naman gagawin mo don ma'am, lalo na't gabe na" he said tapos pinaandar na yung taxi.
"ahh pupuntahan ko po yung isa kong student doon, matagal tagal narin po kasing di nakakapasok, bakit po?" tanong ko kay manong driver.
"ahh ganon po ba ma'am, mag ingat na lang po kayo kasi po maraming mga siraulo doon lalo na't gabe na" he said.
"ahh talaga po, sige po mag iingat po ako salamat po sa palala" sambit ko tapos ngumiti na lng si manong driver, kinuha ko naman yung phone ko at nakita yung messages friend ko.
"i'll just call her" mahina kong sabe sabay tawag sa isa kong friend na nasa party na.
"Mika where are you na?" she said.
"sorry i'm still at school but don't worry i'll go there after this, i just really need to finish this papers"sabe ko.
"ohh really, you better come here everyone is waiting for you specially those two" she said.
"yeah, i will be there in 1 hour" i said then hang up the call, so wala pa talaga akong takas, for sure everyone is excited to see me there watching my exboyfriend and friend na happy sa relationship nila.
"ma'am andito na po tayo" biglang sabe ni manong driver.
"ahh thank you po manong" i said then nag bayad at bumaba sa taxi.
"dito na ba yon?" i asked my self then pumasok sa loob ng alley, even though madalim na maliwanag parin dahil madaming mga store na bukas parin pero walang masyadong tao tapos habang papasok ng papasok ako sa loob ng alley feel ko ang daming matang nakatingin sakin kaya lalo naman akong kinabahan.
