When Goku VS Saitama
(we won't include the DBZ reference here, you know b'cuz.. *cough*)
~Raw Power
*based on an attack that wasn't intended as an attack, and not intended for area damage (late effect also doesn't count), mad trigger shounen attack also not count.
Saitama:
With no doubt can destroy everything that is squeezed by him
Goku:
Also same with Saitama
~Strength
Saitama:
Able to lift giant monsters (possibly move the moon), bend heavy steel trap door in S1, jump and destroy part of the moon when jumping against Boros.
Goku:
Able to lift tons of rock/material with multiplied gravity
~The strongest attack
*there is no shounen bullsht anger punch, and it can be outcome with skill or not (ex: Kamehameha)
Saitama:
His serious punch can split the sky (can be seen when he sparring with Genos & killed Boros, with no doubt can kill Psykos which capable of slicing continents (but there is no parameter in it).
It takes 1 maybe 2 times to destroy the earth with the slice attack.
Let's say saitama is 15X-20X stronger than Psykos = 15-20 earth will get destroyed, or 25-ish if he is mad.
Goku:
Considering Frieza is able to destroy the earth by blowing himself up (Golden Frieza equal with Saiyan Blue *maybe~*), and Jiren is many times stronger than Golden Frieza (let's say 7X stronger).
Jiren also stronger than some of the god of destruction, which Ultra Instinct Goku can actually kill Jiren without any trouble.
Remember when the god of destruction had a sparring match? Their attacks are not full power, but they are only able to create a small dome on the arena made of Kachi Katchin material.
Remember when Goku VS Beerus? Goku with Super Saiyan God is able to shake the universe.
Remember when Goku VS Jiren? He used Saiyan Blue and Saiyan Blue KaioKen and made Jiren start fighting seriously.
And... Goku with Half Ultra Instinct was already overwhelm Jiren.
Full Ultra Instinct= 7X Jiren= 49X Golden Frieza
If it's only need 2 Golden Frieza to destroy earth, that means 49:2= 24-ish earth will get destroy in 1 maximum attack, and around 27 if he is mad
~Speed
Saitama:
Calculated from Boros' movement which is almost or even equal to the speed of light, you could say that Saitama can still be around 2-3X faster than light.
Goku:
Well, I dunno what exactly the Goku's speed was, but I'll use Beerus as a reference.
God of Destructions can move from 1 side of the universe to the other side and only take a couple minutes or even hours, and Ultra Instinct was above the God of destruction and Jiren.
Maybe Goku can travel 4-5X faster than light..? Whatever, after all he can also teleport
In conclusion, Goku wins against saitama if he fights seriously in Ultra Instinct form.
Also, this also can't be used as an exact parameter because I made this based on what I remember from this 2 big anime title.
And... I also heard that ONE-sensei has confirmed that Saitama is only on the same level as Goku SS3...?? Is it a Hoax?
