chapter 5

Tia

Well I didn't expect that ,he came out of nowhere . He pulled a kerchief out of his pocket and put it to my head. Was I really bleeding? Tatiana and the others rushed over.
I heard the voice before I saw him “ What on earth is happening here Dominic ?” , “ Ask the demented bitch Alissa ,she threw a vase a Tia ”.  He walked over to me ,and started checking me. That's  when I noticed there were scratches and blood on both my hands after trying to shield the glass shards. “ Dominic take her to the hospital , and you Alissa, what is the meaning of this injuring an employee? I want you out of this building right now ”.

“ Mr Chase I'm fine, I don't need to go to the hospital ” , “ I'm extremely sorry dear but you will please , for my  peace of mind ” , “ Okay sir ”.  Dominic didn't wait, he took my hand and led me to the elevator. As soon as the doors closed he was Infront of me checking me . “ Mr Chase please stop ” ,  “ Stop calling me that ,are you hurt anywhere else ?” , “ Mr Chase I'm perfectly fine ". After we got to the garage he pulled me over to his car . I still didn't look at him. “ What did you say to her?”. I looked everywhere else but not at him. “ Tia you're looking guilty as hell , what did you say to her ”.

“ I was angry okay , I told her  she was lucky I stepped aside so she could have you ” , “ what else ?” , “ umm ” . “ Umm what ?” ,.“ I told her that if I called you at that very minute , you'd leave everything and come to me ,that you didn't want her ”. I could feel him looking at me , I couldn't bring myself to look at him.

Bennett

“ Bennett , I'll handle things here ,why don't you go with your brother and make sure Tia is doing okay and let her take the rest of the day off ”. “ Sure Dad ”. Why would Alissa do that?. I really hoped that Dominic wasn't the father of her child or she's going to make our lives a living hell. My wife already said she doesn't and won't ever accept Alissa as her sister-in-law. As the elevator came to a stop in the garage I heard a loud voice . That sounds like Dominic  , what the hell was going on.

I know my brother ,he has a nasty ass temper. I used the cars to hide and made my way over to the Voices. What the hell , Dominic and Tia . What was going on here?
“ Tia look at me ” , “ Mr Chase I'd really like to leave ”.
“ FOR THE LOVE OF FUCKING CHRIST STOP CALLING ME THAT ” , Dominic do not raise your voice at me ”.  “ I'm sorry I didn't mean to ”.  Wait, did my brother just apologize?.

“ Do you have any idea how that shit Hurts me ,you won't even look me in the eyes Tia . You don't answer my messages or my calls , do you know how much that hurts. Especially when you keep calling me Mr Chase?”. “ What do you want from me Dominic ? You lied to me , you're engaged , you're about to have a child. What am I supposed to say? What do you want me to do ?”.
“ I want you to say you're mine ,that you belong to me Tia” . “ We both know that's not possible. I'm not about to be second to anyone and I'm sure as hell not going to be yours or anyone else's mistress ”.

“  I love you Tia , since that night in the club ” , “ Stop it Dominic , you're my Boss and that's not possible ”. “Okay then do one thing for me right now and we'll put this behind us , I'll never bother you again ”. “ Fine ,what” , “ just look at me please , just look me in the eyes and tell me you don't care about me ,that you feel nothing for me ”.  Holy shit they are together or were together ? Oh man Dominic really screwed up now. I stood looking at them . She looked him dead in the face and stood quiet for a while. “ I don't love you ,I don't care about you and I feel nothing for you Dominic ,it was lust and nothing else. Now don't ever bother me again ”. She walked away leaving him standing there in disbelief .

Dominic

She didn't mean that she couldn't ,she just ripped my fucking heart out and stepped on it and walked away. I was left standing there , there was nothing else I could do.  I know she's lying she had to be . I know we haven't spent any time together but those few moments with her I was willing to risk it all  just to have her. I don't know how long I was standing there until someone tapped me on the shoulder. I turned around to find Bennett looking at me . “ What are you doing here ?” , “ you've fucked huh, how bad do you want her?”.  Shit he heard .
