"Hey chubwub" some loser called out to me. I heard whispers from all around me. I just moved to Brooklyn from Dallas, Texas. I miss it there, all the animals in our farm gave me much to keep myself busy. Now I have no farm and no friends. Life is so unfair. I'd rather die! So I'm not rich and I'm fat and I'm pretty sure I'm ugly. So thats why no one will talk to me? Im funny and nice but no one wants to get to know me better.
"Lola Zekeman?" I jumped losing my thought, my teacher Mrd Endgard called my name. I heard people snickering. Will I always be made fun of? "Here" I replied sadly.
"Lola, will u tell us about yourself?, you're new here." Mrs Endgard asked. "I guess, but I'm nothing interesting." I answered low and sadly.
"My name is Lola Zekeman, I'm from Dallas. My mom recently died and so we had only me and dad to take care of the little farm we had, it was hard for us so my dad sold the farm since we we're losing money and we moved here" just thinking about her gives me tears. She was my best friend and I lost her.
The day passed by so slowly until I finally got home and made dinner. "Hey loles" dad said giving me a warm hug. "How was your first day?" "It was ok" I replied not wanting to tell him much. Dinner passed by in a blur with a bit of talking. I went down the hall to shower and went to bed going under the covers and started to cry.
